Idk if it's the timing of being at this place for food and drinks but this place is dead all the time. Even around 4pm on Fridays, only the bar tender is running around taking orders and bringing food. Food isn't bad, ducks are pricey but they do have happy hour.

I ordered 15 traditional wings in my 3 favorite flavors through Door Dash. My order arrived and was someone else's boneless wings in a flavor I hate. The bag had my name on it but not my food. After a 4 hour flight, I just wanted to relax and eat from a place I love and frequent. I'm very disappointed that the only resolution was a full refund. The manager could have and should have had my order redelivered at their cost as the mistake was theirs. He could have easily went into the system and scheduled a re-delivery at a cost. Or he could have driven it over himself as the restaurant is less than a 5 minute drive from my hotel. It's 33 degrees and I don't have a vehicle. Otherwise I would have gladly made my way over to get the correct order. I know mistakes happen. But good customer service is finding a way to fix the mistake you made to the customer.
