The worst slop. Thank god I'm not allergic to jalapeño peppers. My whopper was full of them. It was supposed to be bacon, cheese, ketchup lettuce. SURPRISE. I almost choked. Fries soggy, no cheese on the other burger. Soggy cold onion rings. STAY AWAY. As bad as the KFC down the street

With today being Christmas, I didn't expect many places to be open. After going to another nearby fast-food restaurant, (that was accepting mobile orders and stealing money even though they were closed), I came by to this Burger King.
They were understaffed, extremely busy with drive thru, online orders, and dine in orders, and the whole time I was there, they were all working extremely hard. I was there for probably about a half hour, which is usually a long time for a fast-food restaurant, but I didn't mind because these people were working on a holiday, being the only open place in the area, while short-staffed, and so I appreciate their work ethic.
Even with all the different customers and orders, they still had my order fresh, warm, and correct. I was genuinely expecting something to be wrong in my order with how all over the place the employees were, but it was all good!
These people deserve a raise!

I had ordered 2 Whopper Jr's Off the grill. When biting into the burger the meat was still red so it wasn't fully cooked. Been having lots of stomach issues since then. And that was on Sunday 12/1/24 Won't eat there again. 😕

walk in order a number 8 sandwich only in broken english i get asked if i want cheese bacon or jalapeño on it... the number 8 comes with cheese and bacon i said no jalapeño she asks if i want medium or large i repeat sandwich only... so i ask for some napkins that every single napkin in the store is behind the counter a manager is at the register says she will get for me then a couple off duty employees walk in and thr manager talks to them about work schedual and vacation times...a few minutes later out comes the number 9 chicken and she wants to argue with me about what i ordered so i say i just want my money back the manager says i said i would get for you ..this was a total waste of my time n effort.. just no more burger king for me ever ... hope whoever reads this has a day

Store is horrible, can’t even count how many times they’ve royally screwed my order up. And don’t get me started with DoorDash and uber. If you get it from this location considering your order already screwed up. The employees are rude and clearly can’t do there job properly

The food was delicious the service was okay. The atmosphere sucked. You can cut the tension with a knife between the employees. I don't like that kind of atmosphere. And if you do I would choose a different Burger King
Vegetarian options: Impossible options Whopper chicken too I think
Dietary restrictions: It's very clear what's unhealthy. They even put calorie counts next to them. There's no religious restrictions for pork reasons unless you get bacon but you'll know you're getting bacon. And I believe the burgers are cooked differently than the bacon

The owner needs to move people thru the drive thur and wait in the parking lot. I have never experienced this at McDonald’s. I went through drive thru to order ice. They said they had none, and I was locked in drive thru line for 20 min. Go to McDonalds for training

The place is gone downhill there's never enough help they can't understand you when you order at the drive-thru they're just the ignorant it's unfortunate that people have to act this way I don't want them touching my food anymore I will never go back and plus it's overpriced it's fast food people it's garbage it's all reprocessed
