This Burger King won’t redeem your rewards from the Burger King app, or any promotions from the app also they don’t serve coffee the food was delicious though the employee suggested to order thru the app so i could use some app offers which I did but I think it’s unfair

This Burger King has got to have some of the most slow, incompetent, and disrespectful fast food workers I've ever met in my life. Especially the Asian woman handing out food. Had the audacity to put her hand in my face telling me wait. I waited patiently still. When she was able to address me finally, it was still with attitude. I informed her that we had been waiting over 30 minutes for our food. She then proceeded to give me attitude saying they already called our number, when they did not. We were standing their the entire time waiting. And she handed the bag to me aggressively. If this is how you guys treat people everyday just because it's busy. The service industry isn't for you. Woodfield Mall should pull the burger King from the mall if it's too hard for it's employees to serve it's guests properly and appropriately.

I ordered Burger King for my family and this location was on my way home. I’ve had bad experiences at this location but going to a different one would be extremely out of my way. My family is Muslim and I ordered the Halloween whopper with no bacon. I get home and there’s bacon on both the sandwiches I ordered. The poor service and lack of attention is really disappointing.
The worst Burger King I have ever went to. Got my order wrong two times. Had to wait to get corrected items and the rest of the food got cold. They should totally shut this location down
