Cafe Zupas always has a cheery atmosphere - from everyone calling out a greeting when you walk in the door to the genuinely friendly attitude of the staff, eating here is always a pleasure. The food is also fantastic - I've tried most of their soups, and you can't go wrong, though if you're undecided, they do provide samples of the soups! They also have good sandwiches and a good selection of salads made to order. I love that you get a chocolate covered strawberry included with each meal, too - a cute touch! I also like their beverage options, in particular the pineapple mojito mocktail is my absolute favorite!
Ordered a build your own bowl on 10--12-24 and got shorted on every food ingredient for $12-plus. The food didn't come close to filling 3/4 of the bowl. What a rip-off! Watch how much food you get when they put your order together. Very disappointing. I will not be back.

Jake, JC and Eurio were awesome! I’m a regular at this place and every time I go in there and they’re working, they make it fun and the food is delicious!
Not only is the food fresh always but so is all the staff’s personality always welcoming with a big smile and you just can’t find a better place for a cold or hot sandwich and soup and salad❣️❣️❣️

The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!.
I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper!
Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same.

What a wonderful place and service, we were welcomed in and offered samples. I am vegan and thought I’d give their plant based burger a chance, although its labeled as vegetarian (I think the might be using mayo?). The patty was unfortunately pretty awful! The rest of the food my boyfriend had was pretty good though if you aren’t plant based! :)
