I love how the food is freshly made. My favorite is the chicken teriyaki with jalapeños, I like how it’s sweet and spicy.

I was charged twice at this restaurant on the kiosk $40 total I didn’t get no food. or no receipt and they do not have no customer service number no nobody to talk to about the situation. I talked to the manager there he says it happens a lot that he don’t know what happened.

The best sandwiches I've ever had! You have to try the Prime BBQ, the wings, and the lemonades—10/10! Excellent service. I recommend taking a good look at the menu before ordering; it's worth seeing all the different sandwiches. The gourmet fries are on another level.

Went there for lunch yesterday and the service was horrible. The lady at the register rushed me when taking my order and then when I was handed my food. Another lady was rude when my friend was asking it to have it to go and rolled her eyes. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I asked for a 12in she asked small medium or large, i said well I might just want just the sandwich only. But I suppose I'll just take the meal. So I asked for a large doctor pepper and no ice. She tried to give me a medium then she gave me a large with ice. I waited for my food got it to go and found out later, there was no fries. So I paid an extra five bucks for a fountain drink..... the sandwich is flavourful however light on flavor. Thank jimmy john's as a Philly. It seems to be very light in meat and cheese and filled with bread and lettuce... quite disappointing to say the least.

Unfortunately, there is no way to give zero stars.
I had a big delivery of 6 sandwiches, I spent the next night with my friends at the hospital because of them.
They should close this place, there is no hygiene.

Owner please get in contact with me ur employees are so rude and nasty especially the older cook how you you allow them to treat paying customers the way they do and to Sabotage my order.After I pointed out they made more than one mistake is horrible not the first time but will be the last

Oh, man! 😆 This was awesome 👌 It's been years since I've had a cheesesteak sandwich from Charley's. The lemonade was good, too. I remember a location ages ago in Randhurst Mall :) 10/10!!! Food was excellent, normal wait time, & friendly staff. Pricing was very reasonable. Thank you!

They can never get a simple order right. I asked for certain things off my sandwich and I still got them. I asked for fries and NO drink but somehow I got a drink instead and no fries…..simple request and can’t take an order properly
