I had a big delivery of 6 sandwiches, I spent the next night with my friends at the hospital because of them.
They should close this place, there is no hygiene.

Owner please get in contact with me ur employees are so rude and nasty especially the older cook how you you allow them to treat paying customers the way they do and to Sabotage my order.After I pointed out they made more than one mistake is horrible not the first time but will be the last

Oh, man! 😆 This was awesome 👌 It's been years since I've had a cheesesteak sandwich from Charley's. The lemonade was good, too. I remember a location ages ago in Randhurst Mall :) 10/10!!! Food was excellent, normal wait time, & friendly staff. Pricing was very reasonable. Thank you!

They can never get a simple order right. I asked for certain things off my sandwich and I still got them. I asked for fries and NO drink but somehow I got a drink instead and no fries…..simple request and can’t take an order properly

First - this is mall food court food. Think high school cafeteria with slightly better expectations.

Service is quick. Consistency in size, temperature and technique is there. So yes training of staff is good. Counter was clean. Cook kept their station organized and clean.

Food was served hot and exactly as ordered.

Mango lemonade was surprisingly excellent.

Chicken is terrible. No taste... i got the buffalo chicken it tastes like water and some baffolo sause... no chicken at all... needs improvement.
Strawberry lemonade tastes nice though.

Ordered the new Old School. I don’t recommend it. It’s not extra meat. I don’t care what they say. Very disappointed. I used to think Charley’s had great Philly steak outside of Philadelphia. I was wrong. Jersey Mike’s Philly Steak is 10 times better!
