Oh, man! 😆 This was awesome 👌 It's been years since I've had a cheesesteak sandwich from Charley's. The lemonade was good, too. I remember a location ages ago in Randhurst Mall :) 10/10!!! Food was excellent, normal wait time, & friendly staff. Pricing was very reasonable. Thank you!

First - this is mall food court food. Think high school cafeteria with slightly better expectations.

Service is quick. Consistency in size, temperature and technique is there. So yes training of staff is good. Counter was clean. Cook kept their station organized and clean.

Food was served hot and exactly as ordered.

Mango lemonade was surprisingly excellent.

I do not know why I am only writing this review now, even though I know for a fact that I went to this spot a couple of months ago. It's definitely long overdue, but I can't help but share my wonderful experience from this location. I was in the Woodfield Mall, and I was famished, so I decided to grab a bite. They have many different and good spots, but my feet brought me to this spot. This spot was not as busy as the others, so I chose it, and besides, cheesesteaks...
