This place has really cut back over the last couple years and it shows. For example, a large glass of juice is a smaller cup than the cup of water. A small is about the size of a Dixie cup. When I mentioned the small size, the waitress clearly heard the complaint many times before. I know you're trying to be competitive but compromising quality never flies. Sweet Orange down the street has fresh squeezed hint hint. Also wheat pancakes? Spend the extra 50¢ and give us buttermilk pancakes or at least a choice. And last, if you want to tip off the card you have to verbally say what the tip is, you can't just enter it in yourself. Or leave cash on the table but who uses cash these days? C'mon guys, please stop cutting corners and step up the quality. Thank you.

I recently visited Checkers Pancake House with my wife and my baby boy for breakfast and had a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff were warm welcoming, greeting me with a smile and making me and my family feel right at home.
Like the place, food is pretty good, and generally speaking the service is good too. Our most recent visit, however, was quite disappointing. We arrived one hour and 15 minutes before closing time. The service was not so good. Waitress never asked us if we wanted a refill on our drinks or anything else. An hour before closing time, someone started mopping floors so we had to eat our lunch while inhaling a strong odor of floor cleaner. Then they must have been cleaning the bathroom because we started smelling bathroom cleaner. Then that same person started vacuuming around us while we were eating, which was not appreciated. There was a lot of yelling going on in the back. The waitress was in a big hurry to get us out of there, although the restaurant was still open for another half hour. Not a relaxing way to enjoy a meal at all. By the time we left, we felt very unwelcome and like we were being pushed out of the place. We may or may not go back, but if we do, it sure won't be less than two hours before closing time.

Always a wonderful experience Food is delish and the whole staff is so friendly.
The food was really good and the service was attentive and very friendly. They even sang happy birthday to my mom and brought her a little ice cream. Very sweet

We had a very fun plan for our weekend and choosing this place was definitely a good option. They were very kind when they welcomed us and naturally offered the options. Regarding the food, we ordered delicious veeggi ommelets. I recommend it, it is a casual place and a good option for lunch. So thank you because we continued our morning in a very good mood after this lunch.
