Chi Tea has a location in Naperville, and Lombard as well. This Schaumburg location was very disappointing. I ended up eating in my car because I was so grossed out. All the tables were greasy and had crumbs on tables and floor. I went to wash my hands, and couldn’t bare being in there. Do they not clean their bathrooms throughout the day? Makes me think how are they taking care of the kitchen if the bathroom, and outside sitting area is not being cared for. Def not coming here again.

i normally don’t really do complaints about anything. but this is honestly one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. I ordered one item and it was just a drink waited over 20 minutes for it. the lady upfront was talking on the phone the entire time and didn’t bother looking back for my order until i had to say something. they weren’t busy at all whatsoever with me being in there alongside 2 other customers. but waiting 20 minutes for a drink is honestly ridiculous.

The food is good but they have to pay a lot of attention to the cleanliness. I went there one day and the napkin holder had so much dust collected, not a big deal as it happens I thought in my kind after a week I go there and I checked the napkin holder the dust was still there . The front desk where they take orders need a good cleanup including the door that leads into the kitchen. Looking at all these made me wonder if the outside is not taken care of what will be the situation of the kitchen area🤔
