Avoid this place like the plague. The guy working at the counter Zakriya is an extremely rude person who refused to fix a boba drink that he screwed up. To top that he continued to argue with me in front of other customers. Zakriya put tapioca and popping pearls both and refused flat out to fix the problem. Filled the cup to the top with very little shake and just this terrible tasting warm boba in it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please avoid this place and save yourself the trouble of dealing with these guys. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ruined our appetite and the dining experience. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL! If anyone thinks I’m exaggerating please read other reviews about similar experiences with Zakriya. The guy needs a 101 on how to provide good customer service.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Chi Tea]. Upon arrival, I found the dining area to be unclean, with dirty tables requiring additional attention from the staff. The chai tea, classic burger, and loaded chicken fries were all subpar, falling short of expectations for a quick-service restaurant. Furthermore, the restroom was unsanitary and hazardous, with a slippery floor that posed a potential safety risk. I reported this issue to a staff member. While I appreciate the restaurant's efforts to provide Halal options, it's clear that quality and customer service are not priorities. With the abundance of Halal food choices in Chicagoland, I will not be returning to this establishment.
