Chicago Prime Italian Restaurant

Love this place but probably won't schedule a late reservation. They advertise open till 9:30 and had a 9pm reservation open. They called me and wanted us to come earlier because the kitchen closes at 9, then why have the opening. Also go there and they questioned if they could serve us. I have worked in restaurants and I get it but maybe tell the workers they shouldn't think they can go home early, at least that's how it felt. Will be back of course and love the restaurant but just some feedback

Thank you again to everybody at Chicago prime!! Birthday dinner was fantastic. We enjoyed our bruschetta, calamari & complimentary bread. Our drinks were made with lots of love!!! For sure. Our dishes ranged from carbonara pasta, Alfredo pasta, 8oz filet - Oscar style & a tomahawk with a side of mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfect and super tender. Portion sizes are pretty big, we all had leftovers. Thank you to our server, she was amazing friendly and attentive. Another thank you to the chef for greeting us. Can't wait to be back again.

Jamie was a wonderful flight attendant. You ask "flight attendant"? Yes, because she was out of this world!!!!!

The service was amazing and from beginning to end we were made to feel special. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect.

Such a pleasant experience! Our server was on point. We had the ribeye steak it was cooked to perfection. The old fashion whiskey was amazing! Definitely coming back.

Excellent experience, we went for my son's 30th birthday as well as others birthdays and it was great using opentable for reservations. Chicago Prime Italian was fantastic, food was done perfect and the service was beyond a 12 out of 10! They helped us celebrate the birthdays and were super accommodating and attentive to us. Thanks

Bartenders are great! Especially Isabella! Food can come out a little too quickly between courses. Overall, great spot!

​I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chicago Prime Italian Steakhouse, and I simply had to share my incredible experience. This isn't just a review; it's a heartfelt thank you to a team that truly goes above and beyond for their guests.
​I have a severe allergy to the allium family (onions, garlic, chives, etc.)—the very essence of so much Italian cooking. I was understandably worried that my choices would be limited to a basic salad, or that I’d be forced to simply watch my friends enjoy their meal. I couldn't have been more wrong.

​The staff at Chicago Prime was not only accommodating but genuinely committed to ensuring I had a wonderful, safe, and delicious dinner. They treated my dietary restriction with the utmost seriousness and creativity, crafting an amazing meal that allowed me to partake without being left out. It was such a relief to enjoy the company of my friends and savor a good dinner in their warm, inviting atmosphere, rather than feeling isolated by my allergy.
​The care and attention to detail from the chef and the entire service team made a huge difference.
