I was getting so exited for my chick fil an and I look in the bag and seemed to have everything in there. My order was a 5 piece nugget and a small fry and chick fil a sauce but once I got home they freaking didn’t have my fries and my chick fil a sauce and there was only four nuggets with the container open… i don’t what made them think this was ok but I was really mad because I had no food at home and this was pretty much ny only meal of the day and I mean the only good thing about this place is i guess it’s trying to make me what to be skinner but boy I was actually pissed off so bad because literally I had no food all day waiting for the after my practice where I already burned 800 calories. Now I guess I have to go to bed hungry because it’s already 7 and I live 15 mins away and I don’t have the time to go back. I hate you guys bruh all I wanted was those fries you make me want to kill myself.also the workers did not seem to know what they were doing bc there was only like 2 cars and me in line and it took 20 mins just to get my small order. Theses teens don’t know what they are doing.

I placed my order through the drive-through, and everything was great until I reached the window. I ordered a Number 1, substituted the fries for a bowl Chicken Tortilla Soup, and added a lemonade. When I got to the window, I was told that my tortilla soup had been dropped on the floor and that it would take 30 minutes for the team to prepare a new one. I was asked if I wanted a replacement—although I wasn’t happy, I agreed to switch to the chicken soup bowl.
What made the situation worse is that, on top of already paying $18, I was charged an extra $2 for their mistake. That was extremely upsetting and very disappointing customer service.

I wasn't in the mood and I just wanted to eat a delicious salad and when I got there, firstly they wrote my name wrong and secondly I asked for a different chicken, thank you, I'm very upset. I double-checked that I wanted nuggets and not grilled chicken.

Great place but something changed recently, maybe personal. We are visiting this place once a week for half a year. They were amazing in everything until last lately. 3-4 weeks straight there is something we have to wait on a drive through, parking and waiting near entrance for 5-10 additional minutes. In most cases it’s a milkshake. They usually do them pretty fast, like 1-2 minutes max. But now they are sending us to wait. Today we were waiting for additional 15 minutes.
Last time they didn’t put any sauces. I was so used to get service that I never checked if they forget something. Now I will have to.
Hope they will get great again and soon :) No one likes when things get worse. Let’s leave it insurance prices only, please 😵💫

Typical Chick-A-Fillet. As we call it. Kid needed some food after getting in town for Hockey so we swung by and got the same old same old. All good, no issues, order was accurate. Kind of expect that at these places. They don’t mess every order up like all the gross old school fast service food locations.

The only thing i did not like was a manager was telling an employee how to do things in bad way in front all of the custumers we were there. Shoukd next time take ther person alone and say what he needs to. Happens in schaumburg location

I stopped by Chick-fil-A for breakfast and it did not disappoint! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—definitely one of the best fast-food breakfasts I’ve had. The wait time was surprisingly quick, even during the morning rush, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
