A good place to eat. Fast friendly service. Good quality food. My only complaint is the waffle fries are always served kind of cool as they naturally cool off quick because of their design, and there never seems to be any salt on them. The Chicken tenders are warm and tender. The Chicken Soup is my favorite thing here.

I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years and this is the best place for great quality chicken. Everytime I come I have wonderful service the workers are friendly and efficient. Going through the drive thru or dining in I always get fast service. All there food is excellent !!!!

I would spend the extra 5 minutes to drive to another location up the road. I work in the customer service industry and have never been treated so poorly by staff members. I ordered breakfast via mobile way before their close time and because I was waiting in line for over 15 minutes, they did not serve me. I even explained my situation, expressing how I paid prior and even marked that I was at their location before their end time. However, they only told me they could cancel my order. The manager wouldn’t even accommodate and gave me a number to call that was sent to voicemail multiple times. I order from Chick Fil A often including catering but after this experience, it will be my last resort.
I ended up at Chick-fil-A after getting frustrated with other fast food places taking forever to get my order. Even though there was a line here too, the drive-thru moved way faster than at other spots I had tried. The service was just what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A—polite and efficient. They really know how to keep things moving without sacrificing quality customer service.
The food was solid, as always, but the only hiccup was that they gave me the wrong sauce. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but if you’re particular about your sauce, you might want to double-check before driving off. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for quick food with consistently good service, even when they’re busy.

Ordered southwest salad with 2 dressing packets. Only got one. I ordered the same in Milwaukee and what difference in the amount of salad you get. In Milwaukee, it is so packed that it is enough for 2 people while in Schaumburg, not so much.
