I went here for the first time with my kids and it was a nice drink to have. The cashier was friendly and explained to me what the "over ice" meant and the blended too. So the blended is like a smoothie consistency and the over ice is more of the liquid water consistency. Over all we liked it and enjoyed our drinks.

Very slow service. Waited in line for 5-7 minutes to order and then another 5-7 minutes to get my tea. Only a few sips into my over ice and it was done. Seems like a rip off.

Drinks came out just fine tasting. It's the (very poor speed of service.)I don't necessarily blame it all on the employee working.It's the fact he was working solo in all stations alone.Having it be a school holiday today NOT a smart job by the scheduler and the Manager whom signed off on that schedule.This guy has a very long line and it's barely moving.Thank you

I ordered regular tapioca but the lady gave me flavored tapioca. Also when she was making there was so much water compared to fruit. Honestly disappointing.
If you’re wanting authentic boba I wouldn’t recommend here. If you’re vegan I also wouldn’t suggest here. They said most of it is made with a lactose free mix but still has milk so it’s not vegan. And the vegan options didn’t have any caffeine.

This place was suppose to be open at 10am and at 10:22 nobody was there. I wanted to get boba for a friend's birthday and it said closed. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back and we went somewhere else.
