In last 3 months , I noticed bad service at this location as well as always some or the other item for bowl is not available. today, they did not have mild salsa and other time it was no sour cream, and veggies. And never know what will be missing next time.

Went in when it was slow to eat and there wasn't one clean table there. About 5 people taking up tables and every other one was disgusting. Makes one think how clean the kitchen is...
Who ever is managing this store needs to know the young lady working the cash register, Brissa I believe her name is. Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service! Peeing apparently is not allowed when you eat at the restaurant. We stayed to eat at the restaurant, husband had to pee and they told him he couldn’t go to the bathroom and did the same thing with a lady with a kid. This is not acceptable especially if we are paying customers. Told us we had to go to Jamba Juice…

The employees working after 9pm on Tuesday March 26th, 2024 should be fired. I placed an order 48 minutes before closing for a chicken burrito and regular chips and quac. I received a call 10 minutes after I placed my order saying they were out of both types of chicken and would I like steak, carnitas or sofrito. I didn't want any of those, I wanted what I ordered but the driver was there so I felt I couldn't cancel. You weren't "out" of both kinds of chicken, you didn't want to make more 48 minutes before closing. What I received was a disgusting burrito full of gristle and missing several of the ingredients I requested. I received 4 kids meal sized paper bags of chips with my quac. The chips were either undercooked, burnt to a crisp or inedibly salty. If you don't want to do your damn job, quit. I'm so tired of how delivery customers are treated. We pay a service fee, delivery fee, tip AND are charged higher menu prices, yet we get the dregs. Turn off your delivery apps if you can't fulfill orders properly. You will never have good jobs if you continue to act this way at your current one. Shameful.

They were very friendly efficient and respectful. The food was fully cooked and done the right way. Also the location was very clean and it wasn't like that when I came here before. But thanks to Carlos this location is looking a lot better than it used to be. I highly recommend this location.

I work near this location so I pre-order through the app so I can run in and quickly pick up my order at lunchtime. However, every other time I try to pick up my food it has been stolen and I need to stand in line to have them re-make the order. My food is stolen so often that it makes me wonder how many other people this happens to and how often they have to re-make a meal for people? How can this possibly be profitable for this location? Not only it it a PITA for me as the customer since it wastes my time, but the employees told me it happens all the time. Is this really acceptable to the management? I have never had my order stolen at any other location except this one. C'mon guys...you can surely figure out a solution for this.

Chipotle is supposed to close at 10. I get there at 9:45 there are people inside ordering and they just lock the door in my face. If it’s going to close early change the time I wouldn’t have wasted my time and gas to come here. If you like chipotle I suggest you find a different one.
