Horrible Experience! Will never buy from here again i asked the worker if they can add a little more because they barely put any meat in my bowl almost 3 or 4 pieces what am i supposed to do with that?, this location seems to ration a lot going off other people's reviews and something needs to be done asap!

I went to this location Thursday around 7:30pm ordered a kids quesadilla I told him only cheese and chicken on the side he “warmed” the quesadilla for not even two seconds actually I don’t even think this this kid warmed it and I didn’t see if he did or not if not I would told him something but when I got home the quesadilla was cold and cheese was cold into tortilla not a single melted piece of cheese, chicken was cold he didn’t even fill rice or beans which were my sides, queso I ordered wasn’t even warm everything was just cold and I know it’s late but that it no excuse for food being cold I should not have to go out of my way to still go home and toast my quesadilla that was just slapped with cheese and that’s it, I’m so dissatisfied will not be coming back these lazy kids need to put a little more effort. Just insane

Is it that hard to cook the food correctly? Nobody is trying to go hungry cause they put too much salt and bs in the ingredients. Ever since they got new staff lol

They frequently forget items for pick up. Today was the most egregious. I ordered a bowl with a few things in the side and chips and queso. They didn’t include any of the side items. They had also forgotten the Chips and queso but I called that out in the restaurant. The items they include were all cold and small portions. I included a picture of my brand new bowl that looks half eaten.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve been to. We ordered a bowl and they left a third empty. We ordered a quesadilla and they barely had had any cheese. These staff need better training.

Normally this is a good location but the latest staff is VERY messy like sour cream and sauce splattered everywhere, corn, rice etc is all over the place. Does not feel sanitary like has been in the past. They need to SLOW DOWN. I don’t understand why the need to go so fast when there’s 2 people in line.

This is worst experience ever came in at 8 pm after work they are open till 10 pm they were out of everything. Waste of a trip horrible customer service people were all leaving in line due to lack of food and toppings.

Missing and incorrect items. I ordered a burrito and a side of steak, but the side steak was missing. The employee seemed to know this and didn’t bother to inform me, and I was told they couldn’t refund the item I paid for. The burrito was also missing ingredients (including beans). While waiting for pickup, I was ignored as staff served in-store customers first. Very disappointing experience.

Riley ,Alex and Joseph provided the best customer service that I have yet experienced in the last two years so I strongly encourage everybody to come visit this place food quality, atmosphere and customer service above and beyond.

Ordered from phone for pick up, and for some reason our bowls were only half full. This is a first for us. It's usually done better. Makes me never to want to order from phone and go in so I can see what your doing. It was to be done at 350 pm so it wasn't during rush hours. Barely any rice and water at the bottom of my bowl. Very disappointed.

I ordered a chicken bowl & their new carne asada burrito 🌯 and I didn’t expect such a let down , I got like 5 strips of meat and 3 of those were rubber fat and the first bite I took it tasted like someone dump a whole table spoon of salt I literally had to spit it out cus it was strongly salty. been here couple times and the amount varies I guess depending on who’s at the counter . they just offered me a side entry for my inconvenience when they could’ve just refunded me the burrito but ok
