Chipotle Mexican Grill

Tell me why i buy a 15 quesadilla and it’s cold, no cheese in it and they filled my toppings up halfway? Like what? Not to mention the rice and beans where so cold and there was hard uncooked rice in my rice.. I use to work at chipotle and that’s NOT how we did things.. so disappointing

Worse chipotle I have evert been to. I placed an online order and when I picked up all of my bowls were missing the pinto beans and one of them was completely wrong. When I went back inside so they could give me some pinto beans and have the one bowl remade, the girl who helped me was extremely rude. She gave me so much attitude like if it was my fault they got the order wrong, she try to give only one side of pinto beans when I had order 4 bowls and they were all missing the pinto beans. The girl was just standing there doing nothing and she looked annoyed when I walk up to her to get food the first time. Chipotle has to better at hiring because I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one she gave attitude to.

They forgot my corn when i selected extra corn

horrible horrible service had to wait 15 minutes for sofritas, they gave me a tablespoon of rice, even after waiting all that time for sofritas they gave me a quarter of what normal chipotles usually give. Not worth my $15 at all.

We had the highly touted carne asada and it was horrible. Overcooked and so chewy you had to cut pieces with the knife. There are many better options for Mexican food.

went there at 7:45 and they didn’t have any guacamole or sofritas for the rest of the night. how are you going to refuse to make more food over 2 hours before you close?

This place is really dirty.Both of their garbages are overfilled, there's really nowhere else to place the garage. I informed the cashier she didn't care. Someone did tell her to fill the napkins and walked away actually contributed a little bit in throwing more trash into the garbage. Tables are not wiped down. If they don't clean the outside out here, it makes me second guess.The quality of the kitchen. I regret coming here.

Love that I paid extra for carne asada via DoorDash and when it arrives it’s your overcooked regular awful steak. DoorDash won’t do anything about it either. Love that!

Do not go to this location! They are never consistent, always slow, and absolutely rude. The gentleman with the tattoos gave such bad customer service that I will not be returning.

I told him what I wanted on the side and didn’t even listen to me. He just threw everything on top of my bowl and then when I told him I wanted it on the side, again. He just closed the container and went to the cash register. On top of that. I asked him how he was doing prior to him serving me food. I just responds with, what do you want? Hey, you ain’t happy? Okay I get it but don’t rub that on to the customers.
Guac was also brown. Didn’t look fresh either.
I hope management sees this and fixes the issue.

Very busy, most of the time, chicken, chips and other stuff are not available, mostly weekends night

I usually stop by the Chipotle around 8-9 pm after work., and most of the time they’re already out of several ingredients. If the store closes at 10, there should be enough food prepared or a backup supply. It’s frustrating to come after a long day at work and not be able to get what I want because everything’s already empty an hour or two before closing. The store should always have food prepared and available until closing time — not just for the early customers.

9:38 pm 10/5 employees had the whole cold table closed down. Even said they were out of cheese. Horrible service lost out on a big end of night order. When you close at 10pm ..you close at 10pm . Not 938. Then employees gave attitude.
