I really like this Chipotle because even when it gets crowded, the line moves super fast also you get some big points🥳 because the food is always fresh. This is a place that, I'll never get tired of. If I lived close then, I'd probably be here once a week. when I first started coming here, the staff was helpful with explaining the menu and I really appreciate that❤️ If I ever have to stop by the mall to do some shopping, I'll definitely make sure, I stop by👍 and my favorite thing is the burrito bowl!! so if you're a first timer, make sure you try that also add plenty of stuff because it makes it extra delicious🙂 it's a bit pricey💰 because I like to add extra stuff. you'll definitely enjoy your food!!!

This letter is addressed to Chipotle. This branch is terrible. If you want it to close, close it, because there is nothing to pay for. The employees are very rude and nasty. I also want to know if they add a very small amount when ordering food. You feel like you are begging and not buying with your money. I have been hurt and I want my money back. Please contact me.

if you don't have more than 3 people on the clock during peak, PLEASE shut down the establishment until you’re fully staffed. it is not fair to have 3 women working to the point of exhaustion while dealing with a crowd of angry people. i spent half of my break waiting on my food and i watched how hectic and exhausting it was for all the three women working. it’s not fair and it’s unethical on your part, considering you know it’s a high volume location.

Hispanic lady got into an argument match with customer. She was wrong and started screaming for attention. When asked for a manager she said she was! Horrible customer service. Customers told her to get back to work….

We typically eat at chipotle once a week, this was the first and last time we’ll visit this location. Staff was rushed, rude and gave my daughters the tiniest amount of rice even when they asked for extra.

The staff is overall unprofessional, when I was about to check out this Hispanic girl who was supposed to be working the cash register looked at me and helped someone else and then came back to just get on her phone. She completely ignored me and seemed overall pissed for no reason. I understand having a hard day but why get on your phone and roll your eyes in front of a customer…she acted completely differently and started being all friendly and smiley when my brother came up as she actually started helping me and changed her attitude. Your job is customer service, act like it or suck it up.
