I really like this Chipotle because even when it gets crowded, the line moves super fast also you get some big points🥳 because the food is always fresh. This is a place that, I'll never get tired of. If I lived close then, I'd probably be here once a week. when I first started coming here, the staff was helpful with explaining the menu and I really appreciate that❤️ If I ever have to stop by the mall to do some shopping, I'll definitely make sure, I stop by👍 and my favorite thing is the burrito bowl!! so if you're a first timer, make sure you try that also add plenty of stuff because it makes it extra delicious🙂 it's a bit pricey💰 because I like to add extra stuff. you'll definitely enjoy your food!!!

if you don't have more than 3 people on the clock during peak, PLEASE shut down the establishment until you’re fully staffed. it is not fair to have 3 women working to the point of exhaustion while dealing with a crowd of angry people. i spent half of my break waiting on my food and i watched how hectic and exhausting it was for all the three women working. it’s not fair and it’s unethical on your part, considering you know it’s a high volume location.

The staff is overall unprofessional, when I was about to check out this Hispanic girl who was supposed to be working the cash register looked at me and helped someone else and then came back to just get on her phone. She completely ignored me and seemed overall pissed for no reason. I understand having a hard day but why get on your phone and roll your eyes in front of a customer…she acted completely differently and started being all friendly and smiley when my brother came up as she actually started helping me and changed her attitude. Your job is customer service, act like it or suck it up.

I don't recommend it, I took 1 portion and they counted it as 2, I refused to take it for that price, but they took the money anyway, even though I left the food, I don't recommend it professionally.
The worst chipotle to exist. Messy food counter, the fajita mix looked over seasoned and gross, they did NOT have guacamole for my VEGGIE burrito. Also the lettuce looked disgusting, I ended up telling them I did not want the burrito once I realized I could not get guacamole. Felt bad I had my burrito almost completely made.

this was by far the worst experience ive had w chipotle. As a loyal customer, i WONT be coming back. I greeted the employee with warmth and he gave me the dirtiest look known to man. When i ordered my food and chips…they skimped me (per usual). When I got to my table, the chips were SO stale and the quality was TERRIBLE!!! Not to mention, the worker appeared to be on something…which was not the bigger issue. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!!!
