This is the second time that this specific location ruins my order and meal. The first time there were very stingy with portions and didn’t have anything ready. It was still more than an hour until close and they were out of HALF OF THE INGREDIENTS!! I decided to give them another shot today and i regret it! I ordered through the app and when I got there they didn’t even know that they had an order waiting! And worse of all when I got to my car to eat there was a message saying that they were out of fajitas, lettuce, and tomatoes!!!!!AND THEY DIDNT LET US KNOW! This place is ran by kids and they will ruin your order!

Worst experience i’ve ever had. Half of the workers are high schoolers that play around and scream at each other like it’s a playground. Anytime I have been here they have always been out of something. The scoops aren’t proportionate, rude workers, food is horrible (and sometimes uncooked), DONT COME HERE!

I love Chipotle but this place was designed by people that have never driven a car. Really tough to get into next to the busiest intersection in the area, and NO parking. It would be easier to go to the location inside the mall. The bathroom was out of order, but you can't get to it because the line to order blocks it. Good thing the food was as good as ever and people working were polite and cheerful.

This place is horrible, they don’t know what they are doing! Uneven portions, can’t even wrap a burrito, they always super slow and don’t have all the ingredients ready 🤦‍♂️

Great, healthy food! Location is perfect, easy to access, parking ample. The staff is wonderful, always smiling, working hard. Shout out to Marie and Lyn, who put forth extra effort on my visit. I'm coming back -- lots!

About 10 hours after eating. I got food poisoning. I didn’t eat anything else that day. Pretty sure it was Barbacoa. Since my Friend had a similar meal to me. Besides the barbacoa. I ended up going to the emergency room because of how much pain I was in and how dehydrated I was. I tried to call to let them know that this was happening, but I Couldn’t talk to a real person And was stuck on the phone with a bot.

This guy doesn’t doesn’t know how to wrap a burrito! Burrito fell apartment. Rice is not cooked properly. He charged me for guac when I said it’s supposed to be on the outside of my veggie burrito and forgot to give chips when I asked.

These kids these days can’t do much for a part time job. Bring in the AI robots to replace these people. Fire the manager on this site since he/she isn’t training them properly!

I hope chipotle management reads this review!

Chipotle has failed me for the last time. I've avoided chipotle after wrong order after wrong order but occasionally return once a year remembering the good old days. Saw this location and thought oh cool a drive through on my way home I'll save myself some time and order ahead. It's been a while hopefully they improved their service. Mistakes were made. The app said my food was ready while I was driving. Sweet! I and 4 others waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. By the time I pulled up I learn workers were scrambling to make my order. They asked what drink even though it was on the order and I did the worst mistake in my hanger: drive home before checking. I asked for a burrito and a bowl. Got two bowls missing salsa, rice was hard, and both missed guac. In this economy? The app insulted me more by offering me a free entry and said no refunds. I have a month to forget my disappointment before two 1 deal an order coupons expire. No more corpo for me. Long live local taquerias.

Food was not consumable. They put a long hard piece of steak in my chicken bowl. it was at least 6in long. it was absolutely DISGUSTING!! I am so disappointed with the service and the quality of food. My kid ordered a cheese quesadilla and it was cold and the cheese was not melted. not to mention the place was full of garbage and the floor was sooooo sticky. I am never eating here again.
