One hour before closing they don’t want make nothing.

Called to get help regarding an order placed on their app, as it was not received. The female employee who answered started to argue, scream, and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and argumentative, with no sense of “good customer service”.

So good! The rolls are always warm, gooey, and super fresh. The staff was friendly and quick with service especially from the worker with dyed hair she helped me pick out a really tasty cinnamon roll

I ordered a churro and a cinnamon roll without icing which the worker said would take 10 minutes to make which I was fine waiting for, but after 20 minutes I checked in again and she said they forgot to put it in and did a bit later so it’d take another 5 minutes but once it finished baking they gave us an extra cinnamon roll for free (and still added the icing on the side!) which pleasantly surprised me.
Store is pretty closed with just technically 3 tables yet 1 table doesn’t have chairs currently. Design of the seating area and walls are pretty though. While waiting for your order you can also watch them make the cinnamons and other treats which I found fun.

woodfield cinnabon will forever be my favorite I just visited today and got a 4 pack and it was WONDERFUL! they were soft and fresh no issues with the employees they all were doing their job and getting it done! anytime i come the teenagers working there have everything under control and always treat us with respect! Thats all there is to it, its not a small business bakery its a store at the mall. And for that it is absolutely amazing.
I ordered one item and received something completely different. When I went to the front to ask if they could fix it or make it look more like what I ordered, I was told they changed the recipe and that there was nothing they could do except throw on something else. No apology, no effort — just attitude.
On top of that, they were running a promo: Get 4 free cinnamon sticks when you sign up. I signed up, made a purchase, and was told they couldn't see my profile but to just show them the promo code in 5 minutes and they'd give me the cinnamons. I waited, came back 3 minutes later, waited in line again, showed the code — and suddenly they said I had to buy something else to get the promo. What??
This place is a scam on scam. Terrible service, zero respect for customers, and no sense of accountability. Never coming back.

Walked up simply to get anything on the menu and got rude answers from a distance.
Each time I’ve went one hour before closing, they always sell the boxes of rolls or they just stop selling.

I had an amazing experience at Cinnabon! The service was excellent—quick, efficient, and so friendly. The staff were kind, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. And, of course, the food was incredible! The cinnamon rolls were warm, gooey, and perfectly sweet—exactly what you expect from Cinnabon and more. The smell alone is enough to brighten your day, but the taste takes it to another level. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat if you’re craving something delicious with great service to match!

They closed 30 minutes before the listed closing time with a long line of customers out front. I'm a business owner and this makes my skin crawl. They lost a lot of profit today becuase no one is there to supervise thier employees whom are more focused on closing and leaving right at 6pm then making the company money. Cleaning and closing the store should be done after the store closes, not during busines hours. I along with a line of customers were trying to get someones attention as the employees hid in the back of the store at 5:30pm. This is just crazyness.
