Was very upset with my experience today because typically the staff is so welcoming and efficient. But I could tell immediately when I walked in that the two girls working today we're not happy to be at their job and it was clear from their conversation regarding what they were going to do when they would be getting off of work right in front of me. I asked them questions about the menu and they did not answer them. I waited over 10 minutes while the two girls were figuring out how to work the credit card machine. During that time, they did not apologize for the inconvenience or the wait at all, and seemed upset that this was a problem they were having to deal with.
They also kept barking at me asking if the screen was working properly. Typically, this is a great location with great service but today it was not at all satisfactory. I visited November 1 at 11:30 AM. There were two girls working, one was in a Tupac shirt. Please retrain these employees and refresh them on what customer service is!

The store was empty when I went in but still I needed to wait. No worries. The girl was doing other things leaving my order half finished on the counter. She packaged my purchase and didn’t say thank you said absolutely nothing to me. When I got to where I was going the bag was very oily on the bottom and the sides. The roll was flat, an litt Underbaked , and there really was no cinnamon in the roll. The icing was a little salty. However the place was super clean. I will not be returning.

I ordered the banana cream pie and my friend had caramel with graham crumbles. Mine was okay but way too sweet for my palette, however, I did enjoy the fresh banana. As for my friend, the caramel tasted weird, absolutely nothing like caramel. The young lady behind the counter was kind enough to remake the caramel, which was still not to my friend's liking, so she let him try a different topping, which was marshmallow. That one he liked so she remade the roll with the new topping and she was kind about the whole situation, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, she also informed us that all the toppings are made with extracts, which explains the taste of the caramel. I would think, as a specialty type of place, that the flavor would be natural and not out of a bottle. However, the roll itself was delicious, if I ever visit this place again, the old school cinnamon roll will be my choice. I know a lot of people like this place and it's not bad, it's just not what I was expecting.

Horrible service from Zachery. I’ve been working at AT&T next door for the last 4 months and always got a plaza discount from the nice young Latina ladies and he says he doesn’t have a partnership with us and it’s only to Bonchan.

Even though this shop pops up as gluten free, it really is not a gluten free bakery.They have two options that are fruit based, and that's it.

It pains me to leave a bad review on a all vegan place with solid dessert options. However, it's increasingly hard to find accomodation for the giftcard that I recieved. I purchased a giftcard of 50 dollars, and I have not been able to redeem any of it, despite making 5/6 trips to this place. They apparently had switched their system for verification at my time of visit so they needed to switch something in order to redeem my giftcard. However, after asking/visiting repeatedly, leaving my phone number twice, and contacting on their website, I still haven't had any kind of redemption for what I purchased. Their facility has great people, great food, but I wouldn't trust them with anything over 10 bucks. I would just like to redeem the amount of giftcard I purchased.

The guy does not pay attention of customers, it's rude when you want to order, did not bother ordering, and left. I see I didn't miss anything because apparently it tastes like frozen cinnamon buns.
This place is dangerous ? I love that everything is vegan! I've enjoyed both the cinnamon rolls and the cookie dough. The fun is in trying the different combinations ?

Cookies and brownies were significantly undercooked. We ended up eating the cookies anyway, but the brownies were inedible and went in the trash. Cinnamon rolls were very average. Employee blew on his glove as he was putting it on and then proceeded to touch our food. This bakery has potential, but I was expecting a better final product.

We showed up to the Schaumburg location with 10 minutes till closing and the employee was not too thrilled. I tried to make him laugh by saying yeah were those people. I said “it looks like you’re ready to go?” His snarky response, “yeah we close in 10 minutes.” Needless to say we left without any food.

Had an employee interrupt me as I was trying to talk to him to put in an order, he just shoved his finger in my face and told me to wait. A lady ended up walking out of the back and took my order. Looks like there are other reviews complaining about service at the same location, I imagine it's the same guy causing the issues.
