We ordered a cake for my birthday but I got a call that said we couldn't even pick it on my own birthday. Apparently they changed the date completely. The way I was called and the whole situation handled was completely unprofessional. Then when we went to pick it up a girl with dyed red hair kept saying we didn't pay. Keep in mind you cannot even order online without paying first. She kept insisting we didn't pay and was extremely rude and condescending. We were respectful the entire time. She finally stopped insisting when we showed her our receipt and she went quiet. Though she still kept denying the type of cake we even bought to begin with. We are never ordering from this place again and I hope you won't either.

We stopped in here as part of a special outing as everyone in our group loves cold stone, but this location was so disappointing. Ordered kid size cups w a mix in, but the employee serving couldn’t be bothered to do that, just put the mix in on top. Went to pay while our last item - a shake was being made - and the employee at the register just walked away. The person who checked us out tried to over charge us for “like it’s” when we ordered the smaller kids size.

I cant even start explaining what of a disgusting establishment it is , I saw a rat run through and a lot of dust mites I smelled the ice cream rooting. Even the employees smelled how nasty the ice cream smelled like, The employees were very very rude they threw my ice cream on the counter and told me to pay now. Especially a girl with pink strips in her hair she was so rude and disrespectful, even the customers beind me she would scream at them to take their order. Very un organized and just filled with Immaturity the employees were not doing their job appropriately. I hope no one else goes threw what I went through. Last but not least at the end of the day I got food poisoning, if I had the power and time I would sue but I think it's a waste of my time. I hope the teenage girl gets fired. Anyone who sees this please think before entering.

The WORST customer service. I was excited to try the chocolate silk shake (which is supposed to have no dairy). When placing my order with the girl I told her I have a dairy allergy, she acknowledge that and started making my shake. Thank goodness I was watching her because she put whole milk in with the dairy free ice cream. When I stopped her and told her online it says it is made with almond milk she told me that it wasn’t correct and it is made with regular milk. I reminded her again I have a dairy allergy and she absolutely did not care. When I told her I no longer wanted that and would take just a scoop of the dairy free ice cream I got nothing but attitude in return. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I called another cold stone to confirm and they told me they use almond milk for the silk shake. If you have a dairy allergy I would stay away from this location. Tonight I was lucky I was watching her make it. No idea how I would have handled it if I didn’t notice. This happened around 6:50pm on 10/18/22.

I don’t like posting reviews unless the experience was bad enough. I went there today and the staff was extremely rude. Asked a couple questions and was met with attitude right off the bat. All 4 employees looked like high school kids who hated their lives and would rather anywhere else. As much as I love the ice cream I won’t go back there

Ordered a specialty candy apple at the chocolate factory section of this Cold Stone. Cut it open only to find that it was completely rotten. If you are going to be charging $9 for a candy apple, you should be checking to make sure your products aren't spoiled before giving them to customers. Extremely upset and disgusted.The staff wasn't all that friendly either.

Went here yesterday with my family. The male employee was extremely rude towards us. After preparing my friend's ice cream he threw the container on the counter towards her.Unaware my son place an order for a milkshake the male employee refused him service. Then quickly walked away. My son was confused and offended.Horrible person. Will never go again.

I have ordered the birthday cake there. It was the first time. I stayed very pleased. The cake was so tasty and beautiful. My son was very happy. Thank you very much. The owner is nice person, he reccomended the best ingredients. Thanks for long experience his work all cakes are wonderful.

The employees that work at this location look like they’re high. I repeated my order 3 times too them. Not too mention there presentation they have for this company! The male his pant down so you can see his boxers and the girl that was working with him had hickeys on her neck! Looks like management really doesn’t care at all.

Found MULTIPLE BEARD HAIRS IN MY ICE CREAM and the Staff was very RUDE. I had such a horrible experience and someone really needs to re-educate the staff members and check on the cleanliness of this location.
Pretty disappointing place. Came in to ask about a cake being made, the owner simply said they couldn't make it and just two buy two cakes even though I repeatedly kept telling her I only wanted one larger cake.Separately, the floor was beyond dirty and disgusting. Extremely sticky with black spots.

Our server looked beyond annoyed at being there. Our server had AirPods on and we still tipped assuming it could be on off night after both of us getting orders we didn't want. They listened to half of what we had asked for and clearly didn't care about whatever we said.

The girl with the air pods on Sunday afternoon absolutely sucks at customer service. She simply did not listen or seem to care. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Even though I think Cold Stone ice cream is amongst the best, it was so bad I’m not sure I’ll go back. Whoever owns or manages this place needs to reward the employees that have some work standards and get rid of the rest.

Do not order a custom cake from this place. It looks melted and they don't even show you what you ordered. He just shoved it in the bag and handed it to me. Definitely not worth the price and I should've stuck with our normal Baskin-Robbins cake.
