Best gift to give. They do not need any space on a shelf. Just a glass of cold milk. They do not need to be dusted because they will not be around long enough to get dusty. They taste great every time.

I ordered a $70 cookie bouquet as a gift. The cookies were dry and stale. I replied to their survey expressing dissatisfaction and someone who manages complaints called me stating that she would contact the Schaumburg location's owner and have them get back to me. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard back.

I was surprising my daughter by having cookies delivered to her work. I did not realize that since COVID, her work does not allow these type of deliveries. The Schaumburg people, took it upon themselves to deliver the cookies to her home after work without even telling me. What great service and special attention! My daughter’s birthday was extra special!

We have a Valentine's birthday in our family. They specifically wanted a cookie cake. I forgot to order it! I placed an order online at 8:30am on Valentine's Day for a "Happy Birthday" cookie cake. I called about 2 hours later to ask when I could pick it up, knowing I had placed the order super late and on an extremely busy day. I was expecting to be told to come late that day (which would have been totally fine!). She told me my cake was done and I could pick it up when I was ready! I was totally shocked and surprised, but very happy! The customer service was excellent and the cookie cake was delish!! He told me this is the cake he wants next year, too. See you again for our 2023 birthday!!
