One of my cookies was incorrect and I went back in to show the order and have it corrected. While they did correct the mistake, they took the cookie that was incorrect from the box that I had already taken out of the store, and placed it on a baking sheet. Hopefully they threw it away and didn’t give it to someone else! Gross. As someone who has worked multiple food service jobs in the past, once the food is in someone’s hands you do not take it back for food safety reasons.
One of my cookies was also rock hard, other two were great.
