I did an online order, and I didn't check it till I got home, and then I realized they didn't give me the large fry I ordered. Also, the malts I ordered were very watery, which i picked up right after I ordered, so I didn't expect that. The person who gave me the order when I walked in was Wendy.

The food here is great and always has been, the employees have never been rude. HOWEVER! The wait times for this place have been quite long recently, and today, when I went to go pick up my order, it took the employees about 10 minutes longer than the time the app told me to make my order. And when the supposed MANAGER of the store grabbed my food for me, I didn't see him wash his hands at all. Not to mention they also proceeded to forget something in my order, despite the long wait times, but that's quite typical for fast food places nowadays unfortunately.

Doesn't get better than Culver's for a casual fast family meal. Great variety on the menu, not just burgers and fries. There's something for everyone. And it's every day all day that they are at the top of their game, not just a lucky coincidence on a slow day. Cost is a little more than the burger giants, but worth every penny. The food is always great and the place is always clean. The employees are the best and treat you like family, always willing to help in extra ways to make your experience the best.

I am updating the review I did 4 yrs ago: They are still the best!! The wise are location crew on a busy Saturday night ROCK!!! Forget Shake Shack, Burger King and Mac Donald’s… I will stick with CULVER’s ❤️I love their burgers, fries and custard. My fav dinner dish is the pot roast, tastes like homemade!

Ordered uber eats specifically for a salted Caramel shake. I received a melted vanilla shake 2/3 full with only trace amounts of caramel on the bottom of the cup. Either this was the worst made shake I’ve had, or the uber eats driver ate all the caramel and some of my shake. Yuck.
