This spepcific Culvers is Awesome to eat at and work. Jermey is one of the managers and I just have to say he is great! Always willing to help and lead the team right and with a smile on his face. I dont know who is still there but I know the managers are great with handling training so the customer service all round is great! And coming here to eat its nice because the vibes are so chill n homey. :)

Just moved in the area December 2023 and I never had a bad experience with Culver's until today!It's horrible to get home and notice very little meat on my sandwich /meal that was $11 or $12.The staff needs to be trained in how to prepare more meat on $12 sandwiches evenly!!!Culver's please train your staff to make sandwiches with a even amount of meat on both sides!!!!

I've been coming to this Culver's for about 2 years. I've been to other Culver's in the surrounding area, but this one is the best. I always get the Culver's Deluxe Double, and it's always great. Buns are always soft and fluffy, and the patties are made perfectly. I dont have the same experience at other Culver's.

I just moved to the area and at first I didn't realize there was a Culver's around the corner. This location is tucked away off Irving Park Rd. This Culver's cooked my food perfectly. The food came out piping hot and I'm thankful for their commitment to excellence. Keep you the great work.
Can't get my order right. Always forgets to put bacon on my sandwich, and not going to waste my time driving all the way there and back. They also tend to throw my cheese curds upside down into my bag making it a hassle to check my sandwich. Just don't go, I won't be returning anymore.

What a horrible experience. I'll start off by saying there is a significant difference in the way Culver's restaurants are managed and the quality of the food one receives at the Wisconsin and Minnesota locations compared to this location and surrounding restaurants. I ordered the walleye sandwich and much to my chagrin the fillet wasn't any bigger that a sardine; this wasn't my experience at the WI and MN locations. Not sure if the owners are purposely skimping on the portion size or the staff was negligent, but I won't be back to repeat the bad experience l had there.

Excellent very delicious food. It is my daughters' favorite food. We stop by here every chance we get but today the lady at the drive thru really needs to be better trained in customer service because after I ordered over the speaker I forgot to order something so I decided to ask her but she gave me a deep sigh and she asked me in a very bad attitude what do you want. Really!!!! I'm paying for my food. I'm not asking for free..!!
