Okay ice cream. A little run down on the inside but good for takeout. I recommend the blizzards.

I told the cashier lady twice I wanted a large blizzard, they make a medium. And the lady in charge try to make me take the medium and made a mini and charge me more . I been going to this location for many years and they never had this type of service. The customer gets what they ask and paid for and not what they wanted to make .

We enjoyed the Dairy Queen Blizzards ordered, four, during our traveling stops on my daughter's birthday. The employees working were very attentive and helpful with our questions about their treats. Certainly will most definitely visit this location again. Thanks for helping our outing go joyfully. ?

Was craving a banana split blizzard so quickly ran to get one. It was 15 min before close when I arrived and I asked the girl if it was too late and she said no they were still open. Got my blizzard and while eating it on the way home I think it was chocolate flavored ice cream with an occasional itty bitty piece of fruit. I did call and let the manager know. I didnt even have 1 piece of banana. He did offer to remake it, but I was already in my driveway and wasnt going back. I just wanted to make him aware so he can talk to him crew. A blizzard is ice cream with toppings mixed in. Almost $7 for a cup of chocolate flavored ice cream. Sorry - No thanks. I'll go to the location closer to Des Plaines even though this is so close to me. So disappointed ?

I ordered a blizzard cake online three days ago, got to the store and it was not ready. The guy wrote on the cake while I was there (why order ahead) and didn’t write exactly what I wanted. Then I let the color of icing be decorators choice and the color he picked was white. To me that is not a color, should’ve been yellow, orange, blue, pink, I feel as though the Dairy Queen has changed management and has gotten worse and worse each time I go. I will go to the DQ farther down Roselle Rd.
