Rudest workers ever, kept walking away from cash register and ignored me three times when they asked me what i want. whole place smells so bad and in an empty store, my one blizzard order took 10 minutes. worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. icecream tasted funky too.

DQ was a staple in my childhood. Grabbing a chilli dog and a dipped cone was a regular family affair. It's nice that there's still one near me. Ya know what you're gonna get and most of the time it's awesome!

Don’t bother buying a Clipp coupon for this Dairy Queen. I drove over 20 minutes to come here to buy a cake with my Clipp I bought a few weeks ago and they told me they would not honor it and that I could “try to get my money back from Clipp”. This feels like a huge scam because you can only get your money back for a very small time frame. Very disappointed that I wasted my time, gas and money trying to come here.

Terrible one person working on a warm day. Looking forward to getting ice cream with my son it’s terribly understaffed and wait times are outrageous for ice cream. No reason one person alone should be in there taking orders and making ice cream. Waste of time

A mistake was made with my Blizzard in that at least two small pieces of paper wound up in my dessert. I asked for a credit for next time. Person on the phone said I needed my receipt and to bring the treat back. I said I just want a credit on my account. He then said well I have to look in the computer to find your order. I said I ordered a large blizzard and paid cash in the last 15/20 minutes. How many customers could that have been. Hung up on the person. Won’t be back again to this store. New owners here in the last year or so.
