Dave & Buster's Schaumburg

Went with family I was visiting from out of town and this was the cleanest location I've been to in years. It was nice to see what it's meant to be. That being said, our server was terrible and spent more time watching the fights than he did taking care of our larger party. Either way, there were plenty of distractions for the kids to keep entertained.

Fun place for very good food and gaming action. Took grandson for his birthday. He really enjoyed the smash burger and of course the games. A bit pricey when you add the game play.

First time at this location. It took nearly 20 mins for a server to come to the table to initially order just drinks. While she was polite, it was disappointing and frustrating. The food was good but a little spendy. The location is huge with lots to do for kids, adults, etc. No other issues were encountered. We do plan to come again, but hopefully, we will have a better dining experience as it was rather poor.

This is the first time that we've gone to the new location in Schaumburg. The food was absolutely amazing. Our server was on point asking us appropriately when we needed something. My one disappointment was that there was no ski ball or shuffleboard. Those were my two favorite games to play at the old Location in Addison

Great staff and a fun time was had by kids and adults alike! Great place to watch March Madness!!

Angela was amazing! Very attentive and helpful. Checked on us throughout the meal and kept drinks filled. Food was good as well.

Saw our server rarely and waited over 30 minutes for our bill. Had to ask multiple other workers for help.

Our server was awesome our party got there in shifts. Like within 20 minutes of each other but he brought us Waters he was so kind. We had such a good time. Thanks so much for some fun family time.

The food was horrible. Went there for a birthday celebration and ordered 2 appetizers that were overpriced and not good. We ordered a nacho platter also that looked like dog food so it was sent back and we did not feel comfortable eating anything else. The drinks were good!

We had a good time here eating dinner, watching a football game, and letting the teens play games.

This was our first time at a Dave and Busters. The hostess was great! She explained everything and was so kind and helpful. We had a reservation at 7:30pm We got to out table and our waitress came promptly. Took our drink order. And appetizer order. We never got to order entree! We waited an hour for our drinks! Just after 8:30pm Our appetizer arrived an hour and half later. Almost 9pm! I had to go ask the bar for a second beer. After waiting another 30min for waitress to check on us, she never came. My daughter cut herself on a game and was bleeding. The nice hostess help us! She was so kind and so was the staff who asked what game it happened on to make sure no one else got cut. The Game Center lady was so awesome!! She was the best. Overall horrible experience with the food and bar. Especially the managed who didn't seem to care at all or apologize for the extreme wait. And we never got to order dinner. The two people who made this experience the best was the hostess and the ticket counter lady!! Amazing people! I wish my tip could go to them instead of the waitstaff. The two amazing and kind lady's are the only reason we might come back. And we will avoid the food area and bar.

Overall, not a good first experience. Only positive experience we received was the kindness of our server.

Terrible customer service from the “manager”. Took almost an hour to get food when they weren't busy. Manager in an aggressive tone blamed us for “messing up the order”. Transpired our food was being taken out of the window for other tables. Need better systems, definitely need to fire the manager. Avoid at all costs.

Chicken parm pasta was amazing, the service was good even though there were a ton of people that came in at the same time. Great atmosphere.
