Great spot for date night!! Air hockey, Mario Cart and more!!! The foods phenomenal and they have an extensive gluten free menu! Shout out to Dante for serving us with personality and humor!! All the staff was incredibly kind and made our night more than memorable!!!

This is always a go to date night spot for fun, and amazing food. Me and my girlfriend come here regularly and its always a fun time. There are a bunch of different drink selections. The only downside of this place is that it is not bigger. I think this is a spot every person in Schaumburg should come visit old and young!

Ezekiel is such an amazing worker. Everytime I come at this location I'm always greeted with Ezekiel's charismatic energy and I can really tell that Ezekiel enjoys his job here at this location. Ezekiel was having a computer issue one time I was there getting some tokens and Ezekiel went above and beyond to make sure not only I was taken care of, but that my rewards tokens were placed on my gamecard. By Ezekiel doing that it made me realize that every worker here specifically Ezekiel really wants to bring a marvelous experience to each and every single customer that comes inside this location. This is why I love coming to this place a lot with such a friendly staff like Ezekiel.

Generous 2/5. The food and drink service takes way to long. The selection of games is very subpar. The original gameworks and the enterrium arcade down the street have better games. No claw machines which is crazy for a modern arcade. This place did not use the spacing well after the gameworks closed. 70% of the spacing is dedicated to bar and food area and It gets insanely crowded on weekends. There are 2 pool tables that just never seem to be available. If you are looking for an arcade, enterrium and esports velocity are better choices, and they are in the same area.

Service was so terrible. Had to ask for our drinks a few times and it didn’t seem that busy. Food is average at best.

Follow up - their customer service called me, I called them back same day and left a message. Then I get a notice via email they have not heard from me. So I email them saying I called. They call again, yes I was busy, then less than 24 hours after that they close my case. If I thought the restaurant service was bad their “feedback forum” made sure of a completely terrible experience.

This place is a major disappointment, been here for over 10 min at the bar, still no service. And it's dirty, the bar is sticky nasty, old drinks and food on the bar top,i had to clean it myself. I would not recommend it. Gameworx was much better.

OK, I don’t know where to start but let me tell start by saying the food is horrible. It comes to you ice cold. The brussels sprouts were so hard that I actually cracked a tooth on them. The cauliflower there was four pieces in it. The mac & cheese was ice cold when he came to us, they brought me something with peanuts in it when I told him I had a peanut allergy . Good thing our waiter caught it because I will say that the waiter was great. … The kitchen really lacks , two things were made completely wrong and everything was cold when it came to the table I asked for a manager. She was also also great., however, when I ordered dessert that was supposed to come hot, those came cold too, and their excuse was that they have to take everything from downstairs and walk it upstairs. Well, if I ever decide to go back, I’m definitely not sitting upstairs again because I would like hot food brought to me….. some of the staff was ignorant, I asked for a manager, and the girl told pointed in the direction and said you can go over there and look for one well I don’t even know who I’m looking for because I don’t know what the manager looks like, if it wasn’t for the manager being so nice and the waiter being so nice, I would’ve totally walked out. But I definitely would take caution to the food there and it just seems like it’s not running properly. I went to the Addison location so many times and it was amazing but this location so far needs a lot of help

It's definitely a great use of the old Game works that used to inhabit the spot. The food is great and plenty of space both above and below. A definite good variety of games to play.
