Dave & Buster's Schaumburg

Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet my usual expectations. When I arrived, my table was dirty, and although it was wiped when I asked, everything was brushed onto the floor and left there. I had to ask someone else to sweep it up before I could sit down. Service was slow, I had to request a menu, and it took a while for anyone to take my order. I ordered a drink and chicken nachos. The drink wasn't great, and I was surprised to receive the receipt right away, which felt a bit awkward. The nachos came out quickly, but there was no chicken on them. No one checked in after the food was dropped off, so I had to flag someone down again. A manager (I believe) brought the chicken separately, which I appreciated, but the dish overall was just okay. One other thing I noticed was that a few staff members didn't appear as tidy or well-groomed as I'd expect in a food service setting. There was a lot of loose hair swinging around, and it made me a bit uncomfortable, especially when thinking about cleanliness behind the scenes. I've had better experiences here in the past, so I'm hoping this was just an off day. I may take a break before returning.

i’ve been to this place a couple of times but i’ve never felt this bad about myself ever. I’ve recently turned 21, i’m also currently 4 months pregnant, meaning i can’t drink. my husband and i were both at the bar and he got a drink and i obviously didn’t. we were sitting at the bar just talking and the gentleman that gave us our drinks (i got
a water) said i couldn’t sit there because i wasn’t 21? which made no sense because he never asked me for my ID and he was rude about it. i told him i wasn’t drinking and proceeded to say that it didn’t matter and i couldn’t sit there. It was a humiliating experience and i definitely will not be returning.

I had a work event here today and was impressed. The conference room was beautifully decorated and set up well, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was attentive, friendly and professional. We had a buffet style lunch, everything tasted fantastic, looked appetizing, and smelled delicious. The fruit was the freshest I've had in a very long time.
The only negative is that I don't live closer!

They promote the UFC Noche fights and the Canelo-Crawford fight. None of the UFC fights were shown. None of the preliminary fights for boxing were shown. I was told we had to wait until 8pm for them to put it on any screens. By that time, the UFC fights were done. If you promote it, show it.

Not as good as the old Addison location, but marginally better than the Rosemont location. Jake is really kind. He does a great job, unfortunately, the bar isn't staffed appropriately. Food is tasty but served tepid, not hot. If you are buying 90 unlimited play, don't activate before you eat. Dave & Busters costs some serious money. It seems like this location is set-up to minimize your gaming experience, by keeping you waiting on your food or drink. We really wanted to enjoy this location, because Gameworks was located here. Lots of games not working.
