GREAT food BUT none of their kiosks are at ♿️ wheelchair level. The kiosks have the "holes", see side photo, to lower to ♿️ wheelchair level but none of them have been lowered. ARRGGHH.
Breakfast burrito is fantastic, but everything else is too expensive and underwhelming.
This place is the worst. I put in my order before their "lunch break", which is not advertised anywhere except on a printed piece of paper they put on the door. I went down when they were back from lunch, waited 15 minutes actually. I said I had a pick up order. She looked confused, then found the order, and proceeded to make it wrong, with none of the specifications I requested. Didn't find out until I got back to my office. What a waste of time. I wish the complex put in a different restaurant.
the WORST service. they never make the food correctly (according to your own menu), the staff is always changing and they never know what they're doing. the actual food choices are disappointing and the service is SO SLOW. please fix your problems or stop running a business.

This is for the Cafe 52 Location... I want to start by saying I wish I could leave less than one star. This location started off great the first week they started when the staff was being lead by someone that actually knew what they were doing. Since the current staff has been left to their own devices, the quality has gone way down. I have watched the croissants and tortillas be microwaved leaving them to be tough and chewy. Today, I received a buffalo chicken sandwich that was still a block of ice in the middle. Lastly, when ordering anything grilled chicken they will always give you fried chicken that looks and tastes like it was cooked a day earlier (Not crispy). I wish Jewel catering was still working this location. At least they cooked the food fresh.....
Good food, quick service, courteous staff and lot of options to choose from. Soup’s are mostly creamy. This place closes at 3 pm.
worst food ever -pricy and nasty menu
Refused service because line was too long. I could have waited...but just flat out refused to make my panini. Will never go here again.
This review is for Lombard/Highland Pointe. I'm giving this a 2 star rating solely because the lead 'chef' has an attitude problem. No doubt I think the food is solid, but man, oh man, does she have a terrible attitude. Her delivery is rude and less than desirable. She works hard, I know this, but she needs to work on her customer service skills.

Hello Deli Times Management,
Order takers never pay attention to what you request - overall food is ok
Extremely inconsistent food quality amongst items on the menu. Prices are very unreasonable.
They had good food prior to their renovation at the end of 2014. Now, their build a sandwich (what I usually get) is absolutely terrible. The bread is stale EVERY DAY, the cheese is discolored and looks like it's been sitting out for days. No tuna today, not sure what happened there. This store definitely went down hill. I won't be eating there any more
I was in the area and decided to check this place out. As usual with corporate places where there's a large building leasing out to different companies, there's a cafe. Don't get me wrong about the 4 stars, its really about 3.5 Like all the other cafes this place serves what is essentially nothing more than corporate-grade school food. There's hardly any seasoning, everything is way overpriced, portions are small, etc.I ordered a meatball sub which was a little over $6 and came with no sides or drink. I chose sweet peppers instead of hot peppers. What really drives it up to about 3.5 is that they really perfect the little things, the sandwich is put in a toaster where the cheese is melted to perfection and the bread is just warmed enough so that it feels like it just came out of the oven.As always with these, they're great every once in awhile or when you have to scarf down food quickly before a meeting, but there's plenty of other places out there with better food and lower prices.
