The worst pizza, the worst service. Pizza in bad condition. I went to return it and they treated me and disrespected me. They were rude and didn't give me my money back... it's lousy in everything.

Less than 1 star. Absolutely horrendous business practices. My order was incorrect. In my attempt to contact the store, I was twice put on hold for a total of over 15 mins. When I finally got someone and inquired as to why the wait was that bad, they placed me back on hold. Do not order from this store! They steal from you then disregard you.

I recently ordered from this location, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The pizza I received was burnt. Additionally, the pasta I ordered was also burnt and disappointingly dry, leading me to throw it away. I called the store and spoke to the manager who told me he would refund me for food. This was two weeks ago and I still have not received a refund. As a customer, I expected better quality from Domino's, and I am genuinely dissatisfied with the product I received. I hope Domino's takes steps to ensure better quality control in the future to prevent similar experiences for other customers. I hope to be refunded soon.

I live close enough to this Domino's Pizza that I always pick up my order. The quality is consistently high and the service is usually excellent enough to deserve the tip I'd otherwise reserve for the delivery person. But a recent visit soured me on this Domino’s store. I waited approximately 45 minutes while I sat there, only to learn, on my own, that it was given to one person of the drivers to deliver to another customer. The manager, who knew this, didn’t bother to tell me until I inquired. Naturally I asked for the return of my purchase and tip. But the store should have done more to show appreciation for a long-time customer. Following this incident, I frequented this Domino’s only for sheer convenience when all other options were impossible (bad weather, for example). I recently decided never to return.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was given a credit for a free meal after it took almost 3 hours for my order to arrive. When I tried to claim this credit, I was then put on hold for almost 40 minutes by the cashier before being hung-up on so they could take another order. When I drove to the store to ask why I was hung up on, I was told that the manager was too busy to approve my credit. Terrible management, terrible customer service, by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from. Do not order here.

I normally always order through the app or online. This time, when trying to order a gluten-free crust pizza, I had to call the store because the app was not showing that crust to be available. When I called, I confirmed that they still have the gluten free crust, and then attempted to order through the phone. I was met with “We are understaffed tonight, not accepting phone orders. Need to order online.” And he immediately hung up!!! I was left speechless by this incredibly rude service. I had just explained to him that I can’t order the gluten free crust online but he didn’t care! I called back immediately to express my displeasure and this time was met with “Sir, sir, sir… I am going to put you on hold.” Absolutely appalled the second time around. I live less than 5 minutes away from this dominos but will NOT be ordering from here again. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
