I usually go through the drive thru, but today, I decided to sit inside the store. There was only 1 table free ! And it wasn't suitable for a stroller. It was hot on the inside during winter and overcrowded, two tables full of men chatting with no food on their tables, clearly nothing better to do with their time. They shouldn't be allowed to just lounge here if they're not ordering anything. I unfortunately came here since my car was being worked on, but we ordered numerous items.

Bad customer service. The lady that serve me did not Fulfill my order right. I asked for a large puerto pickon. DKF hotlatte instead, she gave me a medium, and she gave me regular. And she would not remake my drink horrible service. I don't recommend spending your money there.

Absolutely not coming back, have been coming for so long and now the new employee (girl) does not do her job right. Why have a drive thru, if I have to repeat my order every time? On top of that not make the drink right after I repeated it two times. The new employees are no good, also charged me for the wrong item. I gave this place 5 more chances and regret every single one.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!!!! This location is an absolute JOKE!!!! We ordered bagels and cream cheese. Apparently you get 1 tablespoon of cream cheese for an entire bagel and they can charge you $4!!! I’m done with this location. You’re a scam!! What a waste of money!! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!! Not even enough cream cheese for one side LET ALONE 2!!!!!!!!! Corporate will be hearing me!!
We ordered through the drive through 6 sandwiches, 3 hashbrowns, and 3 drinks. 4 sandwiches looked the same to the point i had to go into the store to figure out which was turkey. The workers were so rude!!! I said there are 4 sandwiches and below I could ask my question the worker grabbed the bag and said yeah 4 sandwiches. I said they are the same, which is the turkey. The response "the square one". Like I should know this. Then two other workers come over and told me I should know this. I'm asked if they could label the different one and she said no. You can't write turkey and picked up the pen on the counter and she told me I should have known for the second time. I asked how, am I an employee? And she told me I was the rude one coming into the store and asking these questions. I was not polite upon leaving as my irritation got the better of me and the sassy snarky young employee. I won't go back to there.
