The drive thru menu was not on and it was pitch dark out. The employee was rude and no help at all.( it was our first ever visit). It cost 30 DOLLARS for a lg shake and a lg smoothie!!! AND with all those flavors, they don't offer simple blueberry! It was an extremely disappointing experience that I will never retry!! I find Zestos to be a FAR superior option for a cool treat.

My favorite Dunkin. Staff is nice and usually gets my order right but most importantly drive through moves in a good pace. Unfortunately hot food is not always hot.. sometimes is just poorly prepared and lukewarm.

I was super impressed with the speed of service through the drive thru this morning. I thought I was going to be sitting waiting for awhile & they took less than 30 seconds for every car! I was in and out faster than it took me to get to the drive thru entrance. Fresh donut and great coffee.

Terrible customer service very disappointed with the employees here I went in the store last time the staff literally ignored me I waited 10 min to get service When I ask for help they said they will be right with me they had 3 people working in this location and it took them 10 min to severe me. Today I was here to get a coffee and I asked them to use my card they denied to offer me the discount. Manager Julio very inefficient he should have offered me to use my card but he denied to help. Terrible customer service definitely not recommending this place!

Everything about this Dunkin’ location has always been great, and I’ve never had an issue before.
However, during a recent drive-thru visit, a new employee was disrespectful and mocking, which was disappointing and unnecessary. Making fun of customers is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the business.
When I asked for his name, he said it was “Prince,” which I honestly doubt, as it did not seem genuine.
I hope management addresses this, because one employee’s behavior should not ruin an otherwise good customer experience.
I can’t get over how awesome This location’s service, accuracy, and speed is! We frequent Dunkin’ Donuts across the country and I have never had one meet expectations that this location brings. The way it operates and is managed is just something different. It’s quite magical whatever they are doing behind those counters. To top off the service… Drinks are always on point and donuts are never stale. And it’s been that way consistently for many years Great job to all!

They give attitude and when asked a question the answered so rude.there is a Latina lady who has been there and gives attitude i understand sometimes personal life gets in between but we go there more than once a week and her attitude is always the same. I do not understand people who work in customer service jobs why work there? If you don’t like your job please find it somewhere else where you guys do not deal with people. Sometime a customer might be having trouble understanding or have silly questions but for you guys to be so rude and make people feel uncomfortable it’s unacceptable . Customers are what keeps your job and keeps that place open.
