In my opnion, this is one of the worst dunkin’ donuts there is. wait around 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars infront of you. some of the workers have such an attitude, plus the drinks you get are 50/50 if it taste right. 👎🏻👎🏻. 2 thumbs down for this place.

We ordered Donuts, coffee and hashbrowns. The coffee is literally like hot water ther is no coffee taste/bitterness and the hashbrowns are burnt and hash smell. Couple of donuts are they serverd as peaces. Worst shop.. the workers are very rude and they dont use glows while serving donuts and hashbrowns...disgusting...

I placed an online curbside order for a donut. And when I arrived, I parked my car and I waited 10 min for a DONUT. At first I thought I put in the wrong address, but I didn't. and i was hoping to get it asap because I had to rush back to school. So I walked in and my donut was just sitting in the mobile pick up. I wouldn't mind picking up a mobile pick up if that's what I would have chosen. But literally on the receipt it says "curb side pickup" and i show the worker and all she says is "oh". And I would understand if the place was busy, but there was no one sitting inside and there was only one customer they were taking care of. Bad customer service.

I keep trying to give this location a try because it’s literally across the street from me. But each time they do not make my drinks the same. I go to another location and it’s always on point. This morning I tried ordering the guy didn’t even let me finish my order and just put my order in. Surprise when he handed me my drink it was wrong and I was so annoyed I just left and took the drink I paid for. Cookie butter cold foam with crunch on top and it he forgot the cold foam roll I reminded him. Where’s the topping?! So annoyed. Let your customer finish their order this. Do your freaking job!

Wow as usual, me and kids loved it, we are regular people here and where I go Dunkin follows me, thanks for that.
I went in with my children (5&7) to get donuts. We ordered, the gentleman put the box on the counter and I proceeded to pay. When I pulled out a $100 bill he got extremely upset and unpleasant, told me dunkin donuts does not accept $100 bills and I need to pay with a card or leave! I explained I couldn't use a card and asked why he was being so impolite, especially in front of little children. All we wanted was to get some donuts for them. He continued to be very arrogant and telling me I need to pay with a card or go somewhere else.We ended up leaving the donuts and leaving the place. Customer service at this place is the worst!

Coffee was great. Service was slow and could tell employees just didn't care and wanted to finish there day already. It's a Baskin Robin's combo establishment and just looked run down and dingy.

If I had a negative marking they deserve that. The employees do not know how to avail a deal from DD app. I was not able to use my promo deal and the employee had no idea about it. The company should train their workers to use the app before asking customers to download it. Failure of the training.

Updated Review 6/29/2024 Service greatly improved! Dunkin done right! I went in this morning and my coffee was made perfect. Nice and cool inside with plenty of places to sit. Nice friendly crew, fast service and hot brewed coffee! —————— Service was nice and the order was fast. When I went in I asked for cream NO SUGAR. As I drove my coffee tasted different. I looked on the label and it had 2 cream, 2 sugar. I had to throw it out after I got to my destination as I can’t have sugar! There was no time for me to go back!
This location used to be soo good and they always had the orders precise. Now, new owner? (Not sure?) New employees and it’s just not the same as it was before. I’ll still go here as it’s convenient and coffee is always fresh and hot but I’ll be sure to check labels and taste the coffee before I head out!
