My 16 year old daughter went in to order a coffee today around 11am, she waited over 15 minutes before she got her basic on menu drink. I watched multiple people go in and walk out with drinks while I waited in the car. After over 10 minutes went by I went in to make sure everything was going ok. She said she already ordered she was waiting for her drink but they keep taking other orders and making other people’s drinks ahead of me. Both my daughter and I work/worked in restaurants we know how this works. They decided to make the adults drinks first and put her off to the side. No one said anything to her either they just kept ignoring her. I said something to the manager and all of a a sudden it was ready in less then 2 minutes. I understand some things take longer than others so you serve in order of what comes out first. This was a basic coffee drink and you treated her like she wasn’t as important and put her off so now I’m here. This is very messed up and I would highly suggest not to send your kids in here unless you don’t care if they will get horrible service and ignored. Highly Suggest We All Stay Away!

Ooh my God I literally had high hopes for this place. When I walked I was amazed how of how nice the inside looked and all the ice cream flavors they had. Since I was traveling from another I accidentally stopped by this place. We ordered two hot tea latte, Chocolate muffin, and a croissant. Ooh my god the chocolate muffin had a raw egg taste to it. It made me and my mother throw up. I took a bite and gave it to her and we spit it back right away. The most disgusting horrible taste ever. Their croissants was also extremely dry oily. The latte even though we ordered hot was cold. Avoid this place is all I am gonna say

customer service is ok they don't like to take $100 bills understandable he still took it I literally had nothing else! so that was great place is clean donuts look fresh coffee is amazing they make it just right! where as in other DD I still have to add sugar this place gets it right! space to park and sit which is good! this is my go to Dunkin in the areaa good job guys!!

I used to frequent this DD as I live nearby; maybe once a week or so. Today I picked up my $2 medium iced coffee that I ordered through the app and as I went to get a straw I accidentally knocked it over and it spilled all down me and onto the floor. It was 100% an accident and I immediately started cleaning it up myself and said "sorry" multiple times. Two employees gave me terrible dirty looks and shrugs of disgust like I had set the place on fire. I cleaned it all up completely alone and there was hardly any trace left of a mess. Took what was left of my drink and left. These employees must be perfect people who've never made a mistake! I don't need to go here anymore...plenty of other Dunkin's around or better yet...99c drinks at McDonalds!

What I like most about this location is the variety of seating in the dining area. Do you have stools, tables of various sizes, and comfortable chairs to sit in with a low table.Products, selection is plentiful and well stocked and restaurant. Dining area is kept clean.

My late morning visit (10:15)~ to this store was not robust.A line of 6 people, being serviced by a non existent employee, made for a 10 minute wait.The menu, did offer multiple choices for sweets , breakfast sandwiches, or drinks.I found the "Bacon Bites" snack to be a great offering .The maple flavored little meat bites were tasty.However, an unkempt dining area, several botched orders, and a failed store design for customers, ultimately left a bad taste experience lingering.Much of the service area was dominated by a coffee rack, ice cream freezer, and - ordering/ online pick up / waiting / lines & signage all conflicted to make for a bit of traffic jam !This escalated in drinks spilled and frustrations expressed.Perhaps, an early visit ~ would have proved more enjoyable?However~I am more likely to visit another location.It was a "funky" -Dunk
They forgot one of the drinks but when we asked they were super nice about it and gave us an extra pumpkin donut. Very nice, very quick, and the coffee tastes great!!

Busy place. The only problem is people are pigs! Napkins and straw wrappers on the floor. Clean up after yourselves pigs!!!!!!! Should not be the employees responsibility until closing time. Give people a chance to dine in and they ruin it. Is this the stone ages? You would think it was because the over educated and brain dead are the worst in society. Glad I only go a couple times a year.

The person at the register was not attentive and repeatedly asked what it was we had wanted to order after we had spoken it clearly a couple times before. They were out of a product which is fine, but didn't provide any further assistance or recommendations and we had to figure it out ourselves and the cashier just was very impatient with us. They burnt the bacon on my avocado toast and didn't call out the order so the food was just sitting on the counter. My partner ordered a sandwich and ever since, their stomach has been wildly upset. Maybe it was just the time we came in and just one bad product, but we also ordered chocolate donut holes and they were stale. Two stars because the coffee was good, but otherwise I wish I went to a different location.
