If I could give 0 stars I would- they only seem to help drive through ppl - be prepared to wait inside until all orders done on drive through.. it was a huge line - I thought it would be quick inside but nope- just being ignored

One of the best dunkin’s in the town!! Ladies are always sweet. Coffee is always done super fast. They even have the cheddar bagel twist which is amazing. 10/10

The frozen Mangonada is really really really good!! They staff at this location make it so pretty! They put the swirled chamoy perfectly! It is not watered down, like I have experienced at the ElkGrove location.

I have a dairy allergy. I asked the drive thru service person if she could just double check that the milk used was almond milk. She told me to check the ticket. I said I know I ordered it, I just wanted confirmation that that was what was used (I had a drink remade the other day because the didn't use the right milk, so I always like to double check) and she refused and just kept pointing as to the receipt. I got sick after drinking a few sips. They used regular milk. Extremely bad place for anyone with allergies, they're completely dismissive. Thanks for ruining my stomach and my day.
Scammed my girlfriend and charged 5.50 for a 3 dollar deal since she got a small instead of medium. Was not informed of the higher price. Would not change it and give refund. Coffee tasted terrible too.

If you’re in a rush and constantly in a hurry, it sounds like this may not be the place for you. That said, I’ve never had issues with the drive thru or dine in. Sitting down for a coffee inside and it’s a pretty nice atmosphere and they treat you respectfully.

Very rude in the drive thru. I pulled up and didn’t know what I wanted right away so I asked to give me a sec and then after 10 seconds they asked again and I said I’m sorry I need more time and was told if I don’t know what I want to come inside and that they were very busy… there was one car behind me… I asked to speak to the manager and the person at the window pretended like they didn’t speak English… I don’t know how they let someone with no customer service work the drive thru.. I won’t be coming back to this one

5 Hoffman Estate police cars parked. Nobody inside them, no emergency lights. It looks like they were having a party there, or meeting. I always support the police but like this at 9:30 in the morning is unaccepted. My UBER driver said that there might be a police convention. I was there for about 20 minutes waiting for UBER and none of the cars moved.
