I used to be a regular until yesterday. I got a frozen coffee and once it melted I noticed something black floating around. I was confused but it turned out to be a dead bug! I’m so disappointed. I think they hired new staff but bugs in our coffee!? Cmon!!! It’s ridiculous how unhygienic this place is.

I have to say I'm somewhat surprised.... I stopped going to Dunkin donuts for a while because it didn't seem like the donuts were always fresh...
This place was right on top of things and donuts were fresh and very good.
I would definitely go back. I'm pretty picky about pastry...
It's got to be good if I'm going to be eating all those extra calories.

Really pleasantly surprised how organized they are here. Pulled in on a Friday morning for the drive thru, full lot and cars lined up to drive thru at both entrances - I was in and out in under 5 minutes and my order was correct! I will say the parking lot is tricky and it was a little scary with the amount of cars coming in and out, however for such a rush the service was top notch!

Sometimes the coffee has been coming out tasting like it has been burnt or it's old when your being charged for extra cream or flavoring or whipped topping yet it is not put into your drink is unacceptable or when asking for an iced coffee with vanilla & sugar it is not appreciated that when you receive your drink & leave only to find it has none of the above which is charged to you at an extra cost is unappreciated but apart from that there are moments when everything is just right & the people are lovely very kind happy people always greeting you with a smile the only recommendation is please clean the machines thoroughly please do not use old coffee & please do not overcharge me for a purchase that I know is not supposed to be over $15 I get it we're all human you might get someone's order wrong once or twice but to constantly have to come back to the drive-thru or go inside because someone has messed up a order when there is no traffic or other people other than the person not paying attention to what your ordering
Parking: Open parking lot with plenty of parking spots
Kid-friendliness: It's pretty self-explanatory dunkin' Donuts is a place with donuts bagels muffins and hash browns some breakfast items as well but hot chocolate & donuts I'm pretty sure is kids will want in the end

Unbelievably cold inside, what refrigerant are you guys using to get this place that cold? It was so cold the poor girl working there had to have her coat on. They have the perfect patio for outside seating but no tables and chairs.

8 or 9 people working, I'm the only one in line and waited for about 4-5 min, clueless staff. I ordered a hot beverage, they charged me for a iced beverage which costs more, I asked for a refund, the employee brushed me off telling me it's only a little difference. Not good staff here

I went to this Dunkin Donuts for a job interview. The lady whom I told that I have a job interview said to wait for 15 minutes as the interviewer was busy at the moment. After waiting for 15-30 minutes, I got up and left. I was frustrated. I wasted 30 minutes of my time thinking that I will be interviewed to work here. If you cannot keep an interview time, then why send an email asking to come in for an interview?! I am so pissed at this Dunkin location. They need to do better, this is bad work ethics.

Ordered through doordash but would personally like to thank whatever beautiful person made my order this morning. I ordered an iced latte, bacon egg & cheese croissant and a donut 10/10 was bussing. ive order sometimes and it was giving swap water but i forgive you guys tysm. i hope whoever made me food truly has an amazing weekend ?????
I prefer the drive-thru experience here, w/ the pleasant staff & order completion time is spot on! I liked the old d'n d's with a couple boothes; conversation at long counters to sit at (probably easier on the waiters); non-'disposable' coffee mugs were like a visit to a friend's home and fresh smelling coffee & baked donuts from blocks away at various times.

This Dunkin Donuts has pleasant, more modern and updated decor which makes the experience of dining in much better. The soughdough breakfast sandwich I had with my choice of turkey sausage was decent. The avocado toast that I also had was made well, but the guacamole was a bit too cold on the toast which made the toast seem cold. Undoubtedly Dunkin probably keeps a redimade avocado mash / guacamole refrigerated until use; yet I believe if you are going to make exceptional avocado toast, you need to mash the avocado at room temperature, use the right spices, and immediately serve it on newly made extra warm toast.The vanilla cold brew with sweet foam was decent and the vanilla flavored cold brew coffee thankfully did not any extra sugary sweetness to the drink.

Really poor service here. I asked if they could make my coffee again because it tasted like it was poorly made, and they said no with no reasoning, they just refused to make it. Don’t come here, they’ll just mess up your coffee and refuse to correct it.
