I don't generally expect five star service at a franchised coffee stop, but this is my regular Dunkin these days due to office proximity and they've really never fumbled once (in ways other locations will REGULARLY fumble). The consistency is dependable.

I stoped to get my morning coffee and a sandwich , but there were no sandwiches available. I ordered coffee and then had to wait quite a while as the staff joked around with each other and didn’t seem in a hurry to work.

I really enjoyed the macha tea latte, the loaded hashbrowns, and the bagel sandwich. The chocolate donut holes could have had more chocolate flavor. I went to purchase another item after eating breakfast, and no one was at the cash register. I was waiting, and a worker looked at me yet didn't say anything and kept doing what she was doing. I was there for some time, and no one acknowledged me, so I put back the loaf bread I was going to purchase and left.
