Understaffed. I waited 10 min a drive thru with no one in line ahead of me. Staff extremely rude as well. The young lady messed up the order and when I told her calmly she snapped saying that I was wrong and that she gave me the right order. Close it down or bring proper staff and management! I’m not coming back here anymore

Only reason its getting a 2 star and not 1 is because im a dunkin person and if i get it ima be happy at least in the slightest. Not only are they messing up my orders all the time, but i applied to work there and ever since they burn my food and are extremely rude towards me. Like i got yelled at in the drive thru yesterday. i work in costumer service too and that is not ok😂. anyway i am going to a different dunkin because ive had enough of the staff and treatment from this one.

I went through the drive-thru around 7:57 PM today (Google shows they close at 9:00 PM), and the speaker said they were closed. As I started to drive away, a man appeared at the window with an attitude and a smirk. When I asked if they were open, he sarcastically said, “Sure, yea,” with a condescending smile. With that kind of attitude, I refused to place an order and drove off.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service from Dunkin’. I contacted customer service about an issue over a month ago, emailed twice, and selected the callback prompt three different times- no one ever reached out. On two separate occasions when I called corporate, they said their system was down.
If it weren’t for a gift card I still have, I would never spend another dollar here. I genuinely hope smaller local coffee shops take their business.

I should have just driven off. The staff displayed a significant amount of attitude and seemingly intentionally prepared my drink improperly or with subpar ingredients 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮. Exercise caution when visiting this location, as the taste is unusual. After verifying multiple times, I ultimately discarded the entire $6 drink. What has happened to customer service? The employees are behaving in a manner reminiscent of rude customers. The speaker system does not appear to be functioning correctly, or perhaps they are attempting to collectively display attitude when asked to ensure the ice content is adequate yet not excessive. 10/20/2025 4pm

Need to update times of operations, went in today around 8:40 pm and store was already closed. Not the first time I gone and they been closed even on occasions 30 minutes before 9 pm.
Pick a struggle. This location has the worst employees, it's the dirtiest and the food you get (won't be much because they're out of something you want whether it's 5am or noon) is gross. Dunkin is pretty mediocre as it is, but if you have to go, pick any other location.

My dog absolutely loves going through the drive thru! We are here every Saturday for our morning coffee and 3 glazed Munchkins that we share. Service is great and he loves when they say hi.
