DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Previous staff was so nice. New ones are rude and will walk out on you.I repeated my order 5 times at the drive through. My order was 2 plain bagels, 2 plain cream cheese on the side, 2 classic donuts, 2 boston creme. SANDRA told me they are out of Boston creme and they have choc frosted instead, but only 1. I said ok give me one. When i pull up to pay, she says we are out of plain cream cheese, so i go with strawberry. Then she hands over food to me and i notice she didn't give 2 classic donuts and she didnt charge me either. I told her she missed it and hand over the card to her again. She tells me "I told you we are out of classic donuts". Which is a lie, coz she told me only about Boston creme. I kept telling her that she didnt tell me about it. I asked her multiple times not to argue and tell me what donuts do you have. But she was stubborn on telling me that she told me they are out of classic donuts. She finally tells me what donuts they have and i order 2 more frosted donuts. Another cashier comes and asks me what i want. I said i already repeated the order many times to Sandra so she should give me the donuts and charge me for it. Finally the other cashier tells me that "Sandra walked out". So i have to tell her again what i want. I tell her to give me 2 frosted donuts. She gives me but didn't charge me for it. I kept telling her that i will not take free food so charge me for this. She closed the window saying "Have a nice day". I left the donuts at the Window as I don't want free food for such bad service. I have taken a pic of the receipt issued by Sandra and also pic of the lady who refused to charge me and closed the window on me.

I ordered frozen chocolate, but they gave me frozen coffee. Then I told them that they gave me a wrong order, then they made a new one which was also not frozen chocolate. It tasted very bad. I have tried frozen chocolate before from other Dunkin’ and it tasted good, while this one is really bad. I had the worst experience, I feel like throwing up.

The lady with purple hair was not so friendly at the counter or to her coworker. She kept rolling her eyes each time the other tattooed worker did something wrong that was not so bad. I believe the purple haired lady is the manager. Not a real good look.

Just picked up a medium coffee. I’m a regular at Dunkin’ but first time at this location. Probably the worst coffee ever! It tasted like it was watered down. So disappointing!

This Dunkin is the reason why I am able to go to work and not be hungry in the morning. For everyone who complains about service or cleanliness inside or other things: ma’am, this is a Dunkin Donuts! They give me food and drink in an efficient manner at 6:40 am, which I am more than grateful for. I am here to get my food and beverage and go to work, and this Dunkin helps with just that. Kudos to everyone here!

Came back two months later out of necessity. Still the slowest Dunkin in the area. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner or manager. This is pathetic.

Omg terrible! I went on Monday ordered a hot coffee 7 cream 7 sugar. Absolutely no sugar. Spoke to District Manager about garage outside of drive up window. Went back today ordered the same thing again no sugar. District Manager was at window and garbage was still outside of drive up window. Obviously if it’s dirty on the outside it dirty on the inside, and no one cares there. You can’t ask your employees to care if the District Manager does Not. I will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts.
