One of the worst Dunkin store. I was there last weekend with my family store was busy, there was a long queue, understandable because of the weekend. Lady at the counter was very rude and busy with her cell phone typing....(cell phone allowed at counter??) and there was a long queue of customers.When it was my turn I saw that she was collecting all the dunkin points in her PERSONAL CELL PHONE. She didn't even ask me and scanned her own DUNKIN APP QR Code. Not sure if this is allowed or not ???? and she did the same thing with all the customers who did not had a dunkin app to collect points.Looks like employees are scamming the store owner....FYI: store owner about the scam...

I rarely Yelp, however, this is such a wonderful location, I simply had to share with anyone listening. I order often via uber eats. Everytime I do, this establishment actually recognizes my name and has been so generous in their service and have even given me bonuses for no reason at all. This is how all businesses should be run. It feels warm and personal and each time I order I am always twice happy, the food is great, and the people are great! Hands down my favorite spot!

I stopped in last night at 8:43pm and was told that they were able to make a caramel cappuccino blast because they were closing. I understand that the employee had already started cleaning up for the night, but I wasn't just walking in 2 minutes before closing

First time trying dunkin donuts didn't like it so much, there is not a big varite of dounts I thought they will have much more , the staff is nice and friendly, in the picture the kind I tryed the best one was the Boston kreme , they said download the app will get free coffee so I did download it, the coupon is 2$ off coffee valied form 2-5 pm so this is not a free coffee I couldn't even use the 2$ off because I went in the morning

The girl working wasn't wearing a mask, instead she was eating a quesadilla. She had an attitude the entire time and she made our drinks and didn't put a mask on (or gloves); and when we grabbed napkins on our way out the door, she huffed, like we were doing something wrong. We literally took three napkins because the drinks were a mess. Our drinks were incredibly messy (Iced Macchiato's - no whip - nothing should be messy about these drinks). Every time we took a sip out of our straws, the drinks spilled out of the side and onto our clothes. The three napkins we took didn't even help with the mess we had. Thank goodness for the stash I keep in the glove box. I don't often leave one star reviews (just one time before) and I am a Dunkin' fan (I visit my local Dunkin' and the one near my sons' house all the time), but this was unacceptable.

Worst cold brew from a Dunkin Donuts location. I actually like Dunkins coldbrew since it's pretty smooth, bold and flavourful. The one they gave me at this location tastes like old gas station hot coffee poured over ice. Also the employee filled the entire cup of ice didn't know I paid $4 for a cup of ice would've went somewhere to get a cup of ice for free. Never coming here again

They served my coffee in 2 minutes. Obviously it was slow when I walked in but I live in Schaumburg and this is the place I always visit. Clean, fast, friendly!!!!!Definitely recommended!
Could not order on the app and pick up in store. I had to order at counter so i reduced my order and I was not given a receipt. MASK POLICY WAS NOT ENFORCED AT ALL. This location just seems to be failing at it all, such a shame for a prime location. I'll be going to the one down the road from now on seems like nothing has improved at this location the few times I've come in last month.

I wanted to pickup an iced coffee before work around 6:30 pm and I waited for nearly 3-5 mins but no one showed up at the counter to take the order in fact I could hear loud singing behind somewhere in the kitchen area. Also once the boy was sitting right by the counter with loud music on his headphones and didn’t even know I was waiting there for him to look up and take my order. It’s a shame that you are losing your customers.

i normally always go around at the same time 9:25-9:30AM and it seems like EVERY time i go in inside they’re backed up with their mobile orders. lady it’s so BUSY with mobile orders that does NOT pay attention to people that are coming in. There’s always a line people literally walk out because she does NOT acknowledge customers and she does not greet anybody and obviously prefers on doing mobile orders.. seems like she’s the only employee and it’s always the same lady that’s there in the morning

Hell no. Placed online order for curbside at 11:07, at 11:09 I arrived at the location. Waited until 11:20 in my car. Finally went in. The guy working front didn’t acknowledge me till 11:22. When I asked “can I get my online order” he pointed behind me, outside, and low and behold my order was sitting on a table outside. DUDE LEFT MY COFFEE AND FOOD ON AN OUTDOOR TABLE INSTEAD OF WALKING TEN MORE FEET TO MY CAR. It’s hard enough to find quality DD locations anymore, and this sure isn’t one of them.
