AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This place messed up my family’s order not once, not twice, but 3 TIMES!! Even after they gave us the right order, they smeared so much cream cheese on it with anger that the bagel was almost inedible. For reference, every other customer had a normal amount of cream cheese on their bagel. On top of that, the workers’ attitude was really horrible. Slamming coffee cups and slamming bagels on the counter made the experience extremely unpleasant. Moreover, even the whole system is flawed. A lady takes the order and a different lady that makes the bagel. OF COURSE there’s going to be communication problems! Just avoid this place at all costs!

Waited almost 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us or took an order. Huge lines, no one knew where to order so half of us were at the wrong register. Only saw 3 orders come out on 15 minutes for people that had been there since before us. Ended up leaving having never ordered or even been greeted. No I'm just hangry and tired.

Five minutes to get acknowledged. I was the only customer. Employees were busy with other phone orders. Coffee was boiling skin burn hot and couldn't drink it. You need a separate person to help customers. I am not returning. You won't disappoint me again.

The bagels are fresh and amazing, staff is kind, and the air is on blast during these crazy hot days. I'm a huge fan of the all day happy hour (bagel with shmear and a mocktail).

I wish I had something better to say.. they didn’t even cut my sandwich all the way through it was a total mess I had to throw most of it away. The bathroom was really gross too.. the employees should do better on keeping it cleaner and ensuring each order be made properly.

Place has really good bagels but today is the second time I tried to get in at 1:57 just for bagels and the doors were locked. Kind of frustrating service.
