Worst bagels & cream cheese I ever had. Waste of $12, & my boyfriend had $8 sandwich- said it was bad. Had to order in one area- sent to other area for pick up, even though same girl checked us in & out. While leaving, we noticed how dirty the placed looked. ( we ordered to go) never will go back. Can’t believe they are still in business

this location has a tendency to close early before actual close times. on 3 occasions now i have come within the last hour after work. theyre closed already by 1:40pm when the online & in store time shows that they close at 2. i never have this issue with the location in palatine, they are actually open when they say they will be. can you guys either change your hours or stay open til when you say you will be? thanks. i was just there, me & one other guy was there trying to go in to order. 1:40. the employee just watched us as we walked around the building seeing if the doors were open ? dude couldnt even give us a signal that they had decided to close early randomly.

The food is decent but out of 6 orders 5 were missing an item or not prepared correctly (ie not toasting a bagel. The only way to make this restaurant worthwhile is to order in person and watch them make it.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere at this location barely gets a 0 out of five. It’s old, dated, and they still do not allow in store dining. They have tables marked off as if we are at the height of the pandemic still.They still make exceptional tasting breakfast sandwiches.
