First time we went was amazing, 2nd time we went food was good short staffed, last time we went was horrible. Made reservations and let them know there was a big table. Getting our order taken took 45 minutes, food came out like warm to cold at best for everyone, half of the people were sick after the dinner party of 16, they offered free dessert for the inconvenience everyone was ready to go so they deducted 1 plate from the total price of our bill.
First time here. Had to stop at the impressive Schaumburg library and found this place. Cozy indoors as well as outdoor seating. Despite what seemed a lack of staff, the two gentlemen working did a helluva job working through all the patrons. We were seated and served quickly. We ordered tacos and soda. But it looks like the favorite drink there are their margaritas. Definitely will come back for those and their other fare. Ample parking.
Friends and I enjoyed dinner out at Mero Mero. My salad had a generous amount of shrimp and a nice balance of other ingredients to the lettuce. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Prices were very fair, especially for the quality of the food. Our server was attentive, friendly, and prompt. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and unlike many restaurants that seem to have acoustics that amplify all the sounds, it was easy to carry on a conversation in a normal tone of voice....
