One of the few boba places that makes good boba. Each drink is unique and tastes amazing. They consider special requests as well. Highly recommend the brown sugar milk tea 😁

Absolutely appalling customer service, and I can’t believe how poorly we were treated after being loyal customers for years. On 10/26, we ordered two boba drinks from Elitea at International Market in Schaumburg, and when we got home, we realized they had tons of sprinkles in them—something we definitely did not ask for, and they only expanded and made the drink clumpy.
Fast forward to 11/10, we returned with our receipt to have the mistake corrected. What followed was a complete circus of confusion: the employees ran back and forth between managers, unable to figure out how to resolve the issue. For 25 minutes, we were left waiting while they debated what to do.
To make matters worse, we were treated like we were lying about our order. They asked if we had photos (we didn’t take pictures of the drinks, but that’s beside the point). They then tried to tell us their policy was that mistakes can only be fixed within 7 days, even though nowhere on the receipt does it mention this policy. Finally, after much back-and-forth, they agreed to remake one of the drinks—not both, even though the mistake was on them. This is just completely unacceptable.
As someone who has worked in food service for over 7 years, I know how important it is to take care of loyal customers when they bring a genuine issue to you. But the way we were treated here was beyond disrespectful. This isn’t just bad service; it’s an entire breakdown of how to not properly handle customer complaints. We won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values decent customer service. Absolutely disappointing.

This grocery store has really good stuff. They have a boba tea store in the front of the store, also lots of good veggies, fruit, and meats. They have good service to the customers and the staff are really nice. I recommend this grocery store.

Cool fella accepted my request to inject extra caffeine in my drink. I choked on the way out not because of the taste (which was great btw), but because I inhaled this mf a little too quickly. 10/10 recommend the service

I went there at 11 AM and ordered a brown sugar drink, but even though I ordered it cold, I received it hot. They said it was because the boba was still hot and gave me the same thing again. If cold boba is not possible at 11 AM, they should have informed me beforehand. They told me to just drink it since it couldn't be helped. The worst brown sugar milk tea ever. The boba was mushy, and the drink tasted awful.

Good bubble Tea shop with myriad drinks, and bobas, and jellies. I love their Strawberry Matcha Latte, and Golden Pineapple Smoothie. They also have wide selection of Fruit Teas and Yakults that are delicious and colorful. Their Signiture Milk Tea with Oreo Cheese Top is creamy and tasty. 100% recommend to people that love boba!

I’d like to say that I love the signature and the brown sugar milk tea from here, and its quite consistent including the amount of boba you get on your drinks. But the low rating is because they recently switched to these horrible cups, and 1/4 of my drink spilled. The cover doesnt snap on, and god forbid the cup shakes and u got milk tea spilling everywhere in the car. The only time this has happened on any milk tea due to these cheap cups. Will change review once they stop using these cups

I don’t know if they change operation team or what, their quality of product and service is bad. I ordered brown sugar milk tea, they gave me standard milk tea. I ordered normal temperature, they gave me full iced. Couple operators seemed don’t know English or they maybe just super fresh to this store, they don’t know anything…. Super disappointed. Will continue go to elitea, but never this branch.
