You'd figure that with the money that they charge the least they could do is to have fresh churros and not stale, rock-hard ones!!!

Every time I go into this bakery I always find something good to eat the bakery is so clean you could smell freshness everywhere. I bought some selected items and I put some of their freshness into a ziplock bag and took it home with me

This is a hidden gem. I was visiting from Ohio and searched for a Hispanic bakery. Everything was fresh and beautiful. Trays and trays of little pieces of heaven. I was like a kid in a candy store. There was so much to choose from, and everything was amazing. The lady at the register was so friendly and sweet. She even had fresh tomalies!!! so good!. I'll be back my next visit 100% and told people to go as i shared my bags of mexican cakes, cookies, and tomalies. I wish I could go every Saturday.

Self-service bakery.
Tasty Latinoamericana bread. The only bakery I go to in the area for this kind of bread I ate as a child living in Chicago near Little Village and Pilsen neighborhoods.

A bit over priced so it is a treat and not a staple. Beware of the sugar and carbs. Eat at your own risk.

Also, they charge a 4% service fee for using a credit card. Cash is always king. No Bitcoin accepted for another fifty years, maybe.

Dietary restrictions: Beware if you are a diabetic or don't wish to be a diabetic. Insulin spikes are coming once you eat all the bread and sugar delights. Eat in moderation. Tastes great with milk.

Kid-friendliness: If you can keep your kids from wanting everything in the store, good luck.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not exactly wheel chair friendly to get through the door.

Many of the local Mexican bakeries have changed to more Americanized sweet and fat. This bakery is perfect!! Please don't change a thing!

Today, 10-22-2024, I went to buy 6 regular loaves without filling and they were more than 14 dollars. I know that the situation with inflation is tough but don't bother with putting the piece for 2.25 dollars, very expensive and they are no longer like before. I was disappointed 😞 I won't buy from them again apart from the fact that the bread doesn't feel fresh.
