Had such a great experience at Falafill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. But what really made the visit special was our server, Xiomarqui — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell when someone truly enjoys what they do, and it makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

Xiomarqui was so amazing, she's very pleasant, friendly and welcoming .
This was my first time eating here and everything I tried was very flavorful.
The food tasted way better than some fancy Mediterranean restaurants.

6 of us walk up to the counter at 8:30 and I am told we are closed, clearly says 9pm on hours and mall hours but I guess people don’t want ti work

Guys, how many times can this happen?! After work my wife and I often stop by to get two shawarmas to go. We always order beef, no fries. And once again, when we get home and unpack the order — surprise: fries and chicken.
This is not about the money. You are stealing our enjoyment. Please be more attentive. This is already the 4th time!

Mezeh/Cava clone, but with a unique flavor and unique items! The Cilantro Fries were really tasty, especially paired with garlic sauce. The Harissa Fried Chicken Sandwich wasn't as spicy as expected but it was really balanced!

Highly recommend if you like fast-cas Mediterranean

Service was so slow and ordering is confusing. There’s no signs where to order . They have 2 registers. One takes your order and you go to the next to pay and add drinks to your order. I paid a little over for $17 to add drink and fries. Save your money here and go to little Greek . More food and cheaper and taste better.

Great option inside the mall. The food came out quickly and tasted really good. The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean even during busy hours. I was surprised by the quality for the price. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for something tasty and hassle-free.

Yesterday a women with red shirt could'nt understand what we we're saying I think they should put someone that understands what other People are saying, plus my close friends told me a few weeks ago that a women was higly racist I Belive it was the same women who checked me out, because she fit the descripción they said that she was being racist just because they are a little bit darker they recommended never going there, but I decided to give it a try, which was a mistake.

Overall experience - mediocre at best.
Food: cold toppings nothing to say, “hot” toppings at room temperature, pita - old. Employees without energy - definitely you get the feeling that they don’t want to be there. Employee drinking while serving the line (zero professionalism).
Food safety risk for cold “hot” food.
Price - $15 for chicken bowl - highly overpriced for what you get.
Summary - go “next door” to chipotle - you will have hot food, proper size of the meal and no food safety risks and violations.

My girlfriend had a TERRIBLE experience here where there was hair in her food and she went to return for her money back and was accused of planting the hair her self. Poor customer service and poor accountability.

Place is disgusting! I was waiting for my food and the person in front of me got the wrong order so he brought it back. It was an opened wrap. They took that back, fixed the wrap and put it in my bag. They reserved me food someone else had opened and brought back! The manager was rude and acted like they didn’t do anything wrong. Food was expensive and cold. I could still deal with that but not the grossness of reserving food. I wouldn’t trust them ever again with my food!

5 stars automatically, food was amazing and they didn’t even ask for my card to pay so they gave me everything for free!! the service is so kind!!
