I had a group of ten - we we're sat right in front of the kitchen. Between the really load music and the kitchen - I could hear anyone in the party. Food was ok - $17 mostly ice margarita wasn't worth it.
We had a great celebration for my daughter's birthday. My only complaint is that it was too loud that we could barely communicate to others across the table. Fabulous ambiance, just turn down the music so your guests don't have to struggle to communicate.
Food is good, a little overpriced in my opinion, but definitely have a lot of options on the menu. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend making reservations on Fridays-Sundays or you'll end up waiting.
Food presentation was beautiful, but it lacked seasoning. Service was good. The noise level was way too loud. Not sure I'll return.
We've been going to Fat Rosie‘s ever since the day it opened and have always found it to be a good value with good dishes, however, our last visit we noticed a lot of changes to the menu. Dishes have been eliminated and the way they are served has been reconstructed. The portion seems smaller. It just does not seem to be a good value anymore and we would rather go to a local Mexican restaurant. We will not be going back again. 
The food, atmosphere, and service is amazing! And the photography! Loved how the pictures turned out, which are optional for purchase. This was my first time at the Schaumburg location and loved it! Love all the locations.
