I call at 8:44pm they took my order they told me 25 min for a delivery and they never delivered my food!! Very disappointed

I usually don’t make reviews but when it’s this bad it’s only right. I spent $100 here. Every aspect of the food was bland. The rice included. The shrimp and scallop spicy was okay. The BBQ pork is dry n coated in what taste like store bought bbq sauce. But the real villain was the Lucky 7 chef special. Meat is a soggy mess. The sauce is probably the worst I’ve had in a long time. Gelatinous. Weird taste to it. For a spot to charge what they charge I expected a whole lot better. First n last time up there.

I used to order from here prior to 2020 on a regular basis. I stopped when one of my orders took an hour and a half to arrive. I saw they were on Uber and tried again. Their own staff delivers and cannot track your order. Food is worse and dry lo Mein and fried rice and over salted not worth $50 charge. Rude phone staff as well .

Don’t know what’s worse…the food or the customer service. Our food was awful. The noodles were gelatinous. We called three times regarding a coupon and had no resolution other than being told that there was a coupon applied that we had no control over. It was our first and last visit to this establishment. Normally we have leftovers from a Chinese restaurant for two to three meals but we just threw everything away because nobody would even eat anything that was left.

It’s the second time I ordered a delivery from this place. And this complaint its not about the food at all. It’s specifically about the delivery guy. He’s so rude and has ZERO knowledge about customer service or clients. It’s honestly so annoying to be happy for a meal and then be treat like that! It’s the second and the last time I order a delivery!
Ps: it’s not about the food because honestly I really like it!

We ordered delivery as we do alot but hats off to the cook who worked on May 18th ! Everything was great !! Nice and hot ! The egg foo young was loaded with chicken, just the right amount of spices on the orange chicken, same thing with the chicken chop suey!

May friend ordered chicken and shrimp combination fried rice, she made sure 100 times no beef as she doesn’t eat beef. After she went home ready to eat found out sure enough found beef was in there. This not a first time it happened. Very bad service. When called to let them know they argue rather than politely answer.
We just moved to the neighborhood recently and were looking for a good Chinese restaurant. Fortune House did not disappoint! We ordered the egg rolls, spring rolls, beef with tomato, onion, and green pepper, and shredded beef with onions. The dishes were delicious! We’ll be back.

We ordered online, food for 7 people, did not order delv due to reviews lol pick up went well, food was ready a little early even! Everyone got what they ordered & there was alot of YUMS heard! Everything was VERY GOOD! We will definitely be ordering again, when in town. *hot & sour soup is pretty spicy! Yum!!

Didn’t realize it’s not a sit down. Overpriced horrible food. All around bad quality. Fried dumplings are pan fried on 1 side and dough on the other lo mein noodles were gummy, fried rice was dry and flavorless. Food poisoning today🤮
