Ordered beef chop suey, when we opened it , it was majority broccoli so I called and told them that I think they gave us the wrong food since we never had broccoli in our beef chop suey before, the guy asked if there were any bean sprouts in it, I said yes there are a couple so he responds then it's chop suey. He was so rude. I told him that we would never come back again after years of going there and he said fine don't come back....who speaks that way to customers/people? All we wanted was for him to acknowledge the mistake and apologize for it, we were not looking for a freebie we just wanted him to be aware on how the food was coming out. I called back today and asked to speak with the owner but it was him again and he told me to not call again since i already told him i would be coming back. Now im furious so i called the other location and spoke with Sasha,she said she would call the other location to find out what was going on and would call me back, well she did and told me that she didn't know which guy it was....really, theres only 3 people working there. Then i asked for the owner only to be told he is not available that he is going on vacation. Supposedly his name is Ken but she would not give me the name of the rude guy at the schaumburg location because she cannot disclose that information. So now im left more angry than ever but i will not give up until i speak with the owner and receive the apology that i deserve. Eat at your own risk if you choose to go there.

Food is excellent..vegetables are fresh... The beef fried rice was full of beef and the shrimp with lobster sauce was perfect..love their egg rolls. Service is great... Always go there when we want Chinese take
We have tried a few spots that are local (that deliver). Eventually we found Fortune House. We typically like an item or 2 from different restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed everything we ordered (especially the egg rolls). The shrimp with lobster sauce was great. So far every dish with chicken I have loved!!

i think this place has new owners, cause i ordered house special fried Rice & Mongolian Beef & was very skimp on ingredients & Beef Looked & tasted like it was reheated too many times, that it should have been thrown in the garbage but instead they served it to me & Kenny or Steven should be there at all times, which neither was there today to monitor quality control, so they just lost a good customer for a while

The food is always amazing. My wife's grandma recommended this to me and I don't get my Chinese food any where else. Their potstickers are my favorite as they are huge and worth the money.
Grabbed dinner for my parents here the other day. We had a big order of various things and everything was pretty good. It was less than $100 and I think we got a free order of kung pao chicken because we spent so much so that was a pleasant bonus dish.

My husband and I ordered here often while living in Schaumburg. We drove through town and decided to order carry out on a whim. We ordered egg rolls specifically asking for the order to be made without shrimp (I am very allergic). Much to my disappointment when we got home and bit into an egg roll it contained shrimp so I could not eat the food. We would have taken it back but we live too far away. I expected more and feel that my request for no shrimp should have been taken seriously.Dietary restrictions: Restaurant did not adhere to my request for shrimp-free egg rolls. This is hazardous to those of us with food allergies
