Met up with some buddies here. Nothing special, but not bad. Just an average meet up place for eats and drinks. They also have some pool tables.

The customer service here is awful! I called and spoke with Maria. I ordered food through DoorDash and was missing half the order. The Fox and Hound told me I needed to take it up with DoorDash! WRONG! You didn’t put my order in the bag like you were supposed to. I had to reorder through DoorDash and pay for it again. Quit passing the buck and take responsibility for your mistakes

Parking: Plenty of parking. Easy. The new tomatoes soup should be avoided. The Manager Matt didn't charge us. The fish tacos were really good

Went there after an extremely long day of traveling and we were all super hungry. Ordered our food and I clarified our order with waiter twice! After waiting 30-40 mins, food came out wrong. After asking to speak with the manager, girl with NO customer service skills took our plates away without saying anything or offering to leave our fries etc, a very nice manager came over asked how we wanted our order. After waiting another 15 -20 mins our food came out. Nothing on our meal was comped or anything to make things better.

Also, went to change my toddler in the bathroom and the changing table was literally falling out the wall and unable to be used. Had to go outside in the cold to the car to change my child.

Wouldn’t recommended this place, Terrible service, sat with empty drinks most of the time and disappointed we spent our money here!

One of the more unique bar & grills I've been to. The atmosphere is very lively and the equipment is fairly well kept with quality accessories for the pool tables. The food was also very satisfactory. I plan on returning

We loved being at the Fox and Hound. We had our wedding rehearsal here. It worked so well in the big room! They had gluten free options for me and they were delicious! We stayed at the hotel across the street and a lot of my out of town guests ate here too. The only thing I have a compliant about is service. A lot of times we were looking for our server and couldn't find them. But if wanted to pay we just took our bill to the bar. That being said we also had 20 people ordering from our group and to my knowledge they didn't get one order wrong. If you are looking for someplace for a rehearsal dinner I would highly suggest this place. The food is good and you can even play pool in the room.

Our big group that was in on Sunday for Bears v Packers game had a wonderful time... and our server John was a trooper! Awesome dude.
