Frato's Culinary Kitchen

I can't begin what is better at Frato's.The delicious food, or the amazing customer service..BOTH!! Staff goes out of their way in service, and are very nice.The pizza is definitely one of the BEST we ever had I will definitely drive from the otherside of Schaumburg for pizza and other menu items. I want to thank the young man taking orders (didn't catch his name ?) and Joe!!!

Outstanding experience. Shout-out to Joe who was kind and considerate when taking my order. Food was excellent, the burgers are highly recommended!!

Hot dogs were awful. So hard I couldn't bite through it, had to throw away. No interest in going back there.

Chef Alex was amazing, food was delicious and fresh. I tried their new Peri Peri pizza and it was exquisite. I'll be coming back often, especially on Saturdays when their pizza is only $2.99.

If you want delivery I suggest you skip this place! They fail to mention they use a third party delivery service for their own online orders. Ordered tonight and all we received was a confirmation from Fratos nothing from the third party (DoorDash). After waiting the hour it said it would take, I called and they explained they gave it to DoorDash 20 minutes prior, which surprised me since I was expecting someone from the restaurant, which isn’t safe. Finally I looked outside, food was there for god knows how long since it was cold. We never even got a knock on the door to let us know our food was there. We couldn’t even eat it since we had no idea how long it had been sitting on our front step and god knows what bugs got to it. The owner replied trying to gaslight me !!! How rude

DONT LET THE PICTURES CATFISH YOU. Came here expecting good food after looking at the pictures. The food was OK at best but NOT worth the $30 i spent. I wish i could get a refund because i didnt even finish ANYTHING i ordered. The fries were drenched in some sour sauce, the tenders tasted like they came straight out of a Tysons bag and the 1lb pizza tasted like cardboard and DRENCHED in grease. the place is plastered with super hero posters..? This place seems more like a gambling place with a place to eat on the side. Staff were pretty nice though. Best thing was the fountain drinks lol. DEFINITELY will not be coming back.

Haven’t been here since the old “ Fratos”.
Didn’t know what to order, the young man behind the counter told me a fresh pizza was coming out of the oven in 5 minutes! SOLD!
Omgosh… what a huge, perfectly cooked slice!
The stone oven has the perfect outer crunch to the slice, I admit.. loved the dough and sauce, wiped off some of the cheese.
I ordered their special Chicken Chipotle Bowl, to take home for lunch , for the next few days ( cause it’s huge)!
I encourage everyone to try this place.. and I’ve never written a restaurant report prior to this one.
I appreciated the young man telling me to wait for a slice.. and I could taste the deliverance in this pizza!
It’s special! I can’t wait to experience the chicken bowl tomorrow!

My boyfriend and I ran in there tonight and the staff was outstanding. The food was good, we got the southwest bowl. 100% will go again.

Their food is good, but I have issue with their specials are only available if ordered online. Even if your eating in. I tried to order thru their website. No luck. My wife also tried using their app. No luck. The person at the counter at first was, you guessed it no help. Finally someone else came to the counter and took our order. When I go out for something to eat, last thing I want is someone judging me for not being tech savvy enough.

A cozy little spot great food great service. I love bringing my kids in. I also love the cause of helping students learn to cook. This is just a fantastic place.

Feels like the cooks actually care about the food they are putting out. Everything I have tried is worth every penny, and some of it is super cheap! Will make this a regular spot!
