The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, but the brisket on the cheese sandwiches was a bit dry.Even so, the sandwich creation was genius. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. The pana cotta was not very good and the waiter had the chef visit our table. He took the critique seriously, which was very nice.

I had someone with me with a food allergy that we told our waitress about yet mixed up his order and still brought food he was allergic too. Nice manager did apologize and correct the food. This is important to train wait staff on. Mistakes can happen but she was not very attentive refilling drinks etc... rest of meal. Meal was ok but not great. No one was supper excited about their food.

We ate here for lunch during a trade show at the hotel/conference center. The lunch was delicious. We all had salads and soup. Very good. The service was excellent and they seemed well staffed for a very busy event. We would eat here again.

We stopped by for a quick dessert and drink after dinner. I had a sangria, and thanks to Genaro. Delish!

When we arrived there was a sign at the entrance to the restaurant stating that they are old open for Breakfast but we could go to the “gather” room. We did not stay. Disappointed that we were able to make a reservation for a restaurant that isn't even open

Very disappointing experience. Food was not good at all. Service was terrible. There were four of us at dinner and they brought the wrong salad and completely forgot one meal completely. It took over 15 mins longer to bring the forgotten meal. We will most definitely not return.

This review is solely for the bartender Gerardo his professionalism made me want to return the next day besides the fire long island I ordered I'm a social drinker you know when you order a drink and it's made just the way you like it without having to give instructions before you order it also he was very engaging while I'm enjoying my drink which made it more enjoyable even offered suggestions for things to do in the area while in town keep up the great work now back to the lounge the decor is appealing and has newish feel to it and is placed perfectly in the convention center which is a another adventure in its own right

The server and manager went out of their way to assure our meals were perfect. One question, why would you have staff wear name tags that aren't theirs? Doesn't seem like a morale booster.

In beautiful, modern hotel. Very bright and lively atmosphere - a little loud so don't expect intimate dining. Food menu is small offering burgers, appetizers to share and a few bar/grill type entrees. What stood out the most was the service - attentive wait staff, friendly and fast service.

Worst customer service ever! After making Mother's Day reservations weeks prior we were beyond disappointed. The hostess and what could have been a manager sat us at a high top table in the bar area with a 3 year old (and a very pregnant mom). I was completely shocked as they walked us to our table with MULTIPLE open tables in the main dining area open. They were completely unresponsive to finding a better solution and only offered mini bistro tables outside of the restaurant...which not one other party was even sat at because they were tiny bistro tables! The restaurant dining area had tables that remained open throughout our entire 2.5 hour dining experience. The rudeness and level of customer service was repulsive!!!! The food selection was sub par and the quality was nothing impressive. We've dining at the prior establishments for Mother's Day and have had wonderful experiences, it's so disappointing that this new ownership is not carrying on the same. Additionally, we've had large dinners with many couples at the prior establishment and NEVER were disappointed. I can surely say that we will not be going back here with so many other great options in the area.

I made a reservation online for 6 people for 11 am. We arrived at 11 with 3 kids and 3 adults. The host told us to sit at a table, but when we were sitting down, 3 waitresses said that the restaurant is closed and does not open until 11:30 (at that point it was already 11:10 am). When I mentioned that the host seated us, they said that the kitchen is closed, there is no food and they can try to "scrape us some food from the buffet that is now closed." Naturally, I had to take three hungry kids and look for another place to feed them.

We visited for the Easter brunch and couldn't be happier. The staff accommodated an error I made when booking, the food was delicious, and my 3 year old loved the coloring and cookie decorating station. Highly recommend for holiday brunches!

Went here for the first time for the Easter brunch buffet. Everything was very good - service, food, live band, etc. Would like to go back for drinks and dinner and see how the experience is.

We got 15 min late to our reservation so the hostesses told us it got canceled. They they said the wait time was 10 min so we sat somewhere close. After the 10 minutes I go back and to the hostess to check on the table and then she tells me we had to wait for another 45 min when you could see people that were leaving and there were empty tables. These girls just had a bad attitude...

The food was just okay, not terrible but not the best either. Our food came out fast, but there was some confusion with our orders. We ordered 3 orders of sliders, one cooked medium well and two cooked well done; however, when the food was brought to the table the server didn't know which was which. Our server was good, she was busy but she was attentive. Everyone enjoyed the bison meatballs. Drinks were mediocre, the menu was limited and the drinks were watery. I would recommend the restaurant if you are staying at the hotel and you don't want to leave.
