Grabbed 2 frozen to take back and the sausage pizza was not a sausage pizza. It was a cheese pizza with a few small pieces of sausage. Ratio was like 80/20 cheese > sausage. Suck cause the first time we grabbed the frozen pizzas was great

We had 2 pizzas and an appetizer platter delivered. Will never do that again- I was told after being asked for the tip that they are 3rd party drivers (uber eats etc). So our food was done for a while and took 30 minutes to get to us after order was done - they had multiple deliveries - and was of course brought to us cold so the food sucked. Bruschetta - gave a huge bowl of the goods and 4 of tiniest hardest pieces of bread for it. Mozzarella triangles - hard from sitting so long. Cheesy Garlic bread was not good. Glad we asked for extra sauce on one of our pizzas because the other was dry. Over all , extremely disappointed with our expensive meal. The woman who took our order was great and everything did come as expected. Maybe pickup or dine in would have a better experience.

Not from the area. Popped in to grab dinner to go. Coleen was amazing breaking down the options. Wait was very reasonable for deep dish to order. Food was amazing! Kitchen knocked it out the park. Will definitely return next business trip!

cant even rate the food, stood at the front for 15 minutes before someone came and told us they were full for the night even though half the restaurant was empty. on the way out other costumers also complained about wait time for their food even though their kitchen seemed full of workers.

We were in town for a Hockey Tournament and Giordano's was the unanimous choice. Nice venue that is able to seat 1 or 30+ comfortably. The service was impeccable. Friendly, courteous staff make the visit pleasant. Now to the pizza... We ordered the deep dish (they do offer other styles) which was delicious. This pizza has spoiled me. I'm afraid I'll be critical of all the pizza served back home.

Not many options for people that do not eat pork or pork products. Curb service for takeout.
My pizza was cold wasn’t good they messed up my order the manager was nice and sweet will give me a 20.00 discount next time but I don’t know if I will go back this is the 2nd time I went and the experience wasn’t that good they use to be better

Been to Giordano's several times. Have been going to Lou Malnati's lately when in mood for deep dish, but family we were with suggested it. Pizza took 45 minutes, which is typical and the wait staff let us know. Kids got kid's pizza, which are thin crust and came out much earlier. Got the Chicago Classic, which includes mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Green peppers were a little overpowering, so probably would get it next time without them. Environment was nice, though it was quiet since it was Sunday evening. Staff was fine, took orders and didn't bother us by coming by every 5 minutes. I gave a 15% tip, which I think is reasonable for table service at a pizza place.

As Our Usual Waiter wasn't there today.A Short Lady brought us our.pizza set it in front of us and said ENJOY WHICH WOULD OF BEEN FINE BUT THE CRUST AND PUZZA ALSO THE BOTTOM WAS BURNT CHEESE BURNT AS WELL. ONLY GOING THERE WHEN PUR WAITER IS THERE BC HES FAST KIND AND VERY NICE. HE DESERVES A RAISE. BUT THE SHORT LADY SHOULDNT OF EVEN SERVED THAT PIZZA TO US WTH

First time in Chicago and I had to try their deep dish pizza. I got margherita medium size, omg, medium is big on this type of pizzas. It was so delicious, from the amount of cheese, to the flavor, to the crispy borders. I also ordered cheesy garlic bread, something in the sauce on the bread wasn’t clicking for me, the cheese flavor was so strong I couldn’t finish them, but they were looking delicious. The marinara sauce they gave me to dip them, was definitely the best thing on that plate. To finish it we got sum garlic Parmesan fries, let me tell you something, PERFECT fries, crispy and full of flavor, I really enjoyed those!

Large Online order placed in morning for 630pm delivery. At 620 pm delivery driver said they were on-site awaiting product. Product not given to driver until 7:46pm and I received the order a little after 8pm. The poor delivery driver was tied up for almost 2 hours so I added to her tip. Being New Year's Eve I anticipated some delay but this was a terrible performance by the giordanos kitchen in schaumburg..
