Issues with payment for working there - no payment since June over $250 owner has issues

Went here on Sunday and the girl is sitting in the front door is locked. Says it’s open until 9pm and it’s 8:25pm. Lights were on once we walked away she got up and shut the lights off! Terrible

One star is the minimum One additional star for the decor and WiFi. One additional star for getting exactly what I ordered, even though I didn’t really know what I was ordering.
There’s something not right going on. The Bluetooth connection for the speaker wasn’t working. Instead it would announce “searching” every few seconds. Kinda a vibe killer. (But I’m a music teacher and I came to work on my lesson plans, so maybe not having the music working was in my favor.)
I’m simple when it comes to boba. All I want is a simple, plain, milk tea (made with black tea and milk) with no sugar and tapioca. The lady at the counter (who was sitting in the basket chair talking on the phone when I walked in, by the way) initially offered green tea. Maybe I should have gone with that instead of the “milk tea with no flavor”, which ended up being plain milk with tapioca. I ordered it, she made it, it was fine. Not what I wanted but it is what I ordered. I guess they don’t have plain black tea here.
TLDR: disappointed by the lack of professionalism demonstrated (not behind the counter, on the phone, couldn’t really understand what I wanted) and the obnoxious “searching” coming through the speakers

An absolute gem! The owners are delightful. The environment is welcoming, fun, warm, and appealing. The decor is absolutely adorable. You can tell lots of love was put into this business. I highly recommend!

I love the flavors of their Tiger and Thai teas. Their coffee milk is very good too, not too milky. The place is very nicely decorated and relaxing to be in. It doesn't have an overwhelming smell of boba, which is nice.
