I visited on 10/25/24 and ordered a mango smoothie with whipped cream. I was surprised to find that the whipped cream had a pink tint, and upon asking, the cashier informed me it was strawberry flavored. I have a strawberry allergy, and the menu did not indicate any flavored options for the whipped cream.
After expressing my concerns, the staff removed the whipped cream and replaced it, but I still felt uncomfortable consuming the smoothie due to the situation. When I requested a refund, I was informed that the register did not allow refunds, and I was offered only a replacement.
I would like to emphasize the importance of proper food allergy management in establishments. I recommend anyone with food allergies think twice before patronizing this place. I will be reporting this incident to the health department for further investigation.
Attached is the original smoothie that the staff scraped the strawberry whip cream off of and replaced with regular.

So it was my first being at this place. The mango Passion smoothie taste amazing. The place is beautiful. They play nice music. You feel like you are in a cozy, comfy, longe. Very relaxed and chill environment. Would definitely visit it again. Awesome customer service.

The milk tea is disgusting. I have tried many places, but this is by far the worst in flavor. Either the guy doesn't know how to make it, or the powder he uses is disgusting. I bought mango and pineapple flavors, but threw both out after taking 2 sips..

The tapioca pearls were a weird texture. They were rubbery like tapioca pearls are supposed to be but they fell apart easily instead of being chewy, almost as if they were soaked in water too long. Other than that, my milk tea was good.
The older man was really rude, spoke to us like we were stupid and overall created a very unwelcoming experience. We went during the middle of the day and there was nobody else in the shop so there was no reason for him to act the way he did. We were going to stay and have our drinks inside but decided to just leave after that interaction.

I recently visited this place and absolutely loved it! The ambiance is welcoming and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Their menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of flavors and combinations to suit every taste. From classic milk teas to unique fruit blends, every drink I've tried has been delicious and refreshing. The tapioca pearls are always perfectly chewy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend

Idiot can’t post the right times on google I show up at 9:35 it says it closes at 10 it’s closed I just drove 20 min just for it to be closed and now it’s 20 minutes back so I total of 40 min wasted.
